okay so i just read the part of the book that OP was referring to, and i just...

holy shit i could hardly get through it. it's fucking uncomfortable and awkward. fuck's sake, stephen king.

and also what the fuck is wrong with you, OP. Jesus fucking CHRIST.

OK, just give e her twitter, I'll apologize, even if she calls the cops, I wanted to do it before but I guess I just wanted it to disappear.

This post is very revealing. He wants to reinitiate contact with his victim and force them to relive their trauma again, either so he can feel better or to show that he's a good repentant boy who dindu nuffin. He's literally incapable of empathy, either way it's all about him and his feelings.

You know whats even funnier, Stephen King till this day admits that he had no idea what the fuck he was doing when he wrote that scene and considering he was high off his ass on cocane when he wrote Cujo ( and has no memories of writing Cujo) one can only imagine.

imagine being an author an reading your own book for the first time and realizing youd written that

My only regret is that there is no way to make this bastard have to switch places with the victim he tormented and have to live through their agony himself.

What do you think he is going through now? This is worse. He can't run away from Kiwi farms. Even if he moves to bumfuck nowhere and changes his name, he can't change the fact that we will forever mock and scorn him behind his back. This is like Internet hell for speds and the devious.

Steven King's a garbage author and people that like his shitty books are tards.

His novels are obnoxiously long and usually a big chunk of it is unnecessary, but his short story compilations are usually pretty entertaining.

Well there's no way it's worse than what originally happened to his victim. Being actively betrayed by one of the only two people who are supposed to want to give you everything is devastating. Being sexually abused by a parent pretty much hits every possible thing on the "bad Stuff That Happened To Me" checklist. It's taking so much joy from you future, poisoning something that's supposed to be wonderful, destroying your trust, revealing that someone who was supposed to love you cared more about getting their rocks off than your sanity... It's unforgivably evil.

But I'm assuming you mean what he's going through now is worse than his harassment campaign, and I agree with that for the most part. The key difference is she deserved to be left alone, and he deserves to feel like shit. But she still had a good life to turn to for comfort when it was said and done.

Alex Figueroa is probably alternating between trying not to throw up and debating the merits of suicide, and there's no real end in sight to that.

(Good)

Yeah, "Which is the best movie adaptation of Stephen King" is a fun game, even though he hated practically all of them.

(The Shining; Carrie; Misery)
He liked Kubricks film as just that a good movie, but a terrible adaption ( which it kinda is ) The 1999 mini-series us much more faithful but is a terrible production.
The Green Mile
Shawshank
Stand By Me
Stephen King doesn't count if it's not a spooky monster thing.
The 1979 Mini-Series of Salem's Lot (Directed by Tobe Hooper) is actually really good in both terms, the 2004 remake mini-series is kinda meh.

I've already posted 'The Pedo-Files' clip in this thread, so I'll just say we're basically that.

Pedophilia? It depends, as long you can control these desires with a psychologist.

But no, you are disgusting. You deserve nothing more. Go creep elsewhere.

I read the book when I was like 13. I had read a ton of Stephen King before that. He's got some weird ass scenes, like the part in Cujo where the guy the mom had an affair with is butthurt over their breakup so he breaks into the hose and pees on everything while the mom is trapped in the car thinking about all the times she had oral with him. And that freaky clit rubbing scene in Needful Things. I couldn't even wrap my head around how they managed to do that stuff in the poses they were in. Stephen King cannot do and should not do any form of erotica. He writes it like he's a 12 year old still figuring out how genitals work and how adults do sex. Gerald's Game was alright because the guy handcuffs his wife to the bed for sexy BSDM times then has a heart attack and dies. So you don't have to suffer through too much badly written sex stuff.

But the scene in It was the absolute worst. Even as a 13 year old I knew it was wrong and it freaked me out to no end. I wanted to skip it but I wanted to read the whole book. the orgy is supposed to cement the bonds they have. But why not just become blood brothers and one blood sister? That would make more sense. It doesn't help that Beverly was sexually abused. Her father chases her down in an attempt to examine her and was acting like a creep before that. It's a really disturbing scene.

I think that the beginning of the book has the murder of a gay man and that jumpstarts the It cycle again. I imagine that's not in the new movie though.
