Give it a week after everything's in the clear and he'll unprivate the videos and say his personal embargo on Atlus games is fake news

This is Phil we're talking about here. I am going to wait to proclaim this was all a fluke and he won this battle when Atlus officially drops the copyright claim.
Until then, it's just hearsay courtesy of DarksydePhil. Not the most reliable source for honest, unbiased information...especially towards the end of a month.

Did some research about Washington State. If someone enters DSP's home without his consent legally he can chop them with an axe. If some detractor is on his doorstep they have not committed a crime so if he cracks them with an axe he will go to prison. In Washington I think someone must commit burglary or present a weapon before he can touch them with an axe.

If someone calls DSP a faggot from the front yard they haven't entered castle doctrine so he legally can't touch them.

I think we're kind of jumping the gun guys by saying the strike was called off or invalid. We don't know yet. Since when has Phil been honest about anything? Let's wait a bit before making "I told ya so!" Posts.

Even if 99% of the youtubers hit by the strikes are within fair use with their videos and the strike is lifted the two videos Phil got hit on are basically just cut scenes from the game so could still be considered a breach. They ask streamers to focus on gameplay and the offending articles have practically zero.

I cant stand the way he calls himself a "You Tuber" like it's a race or a team. Like Phil would ever be a team player. YT has so much in fighting we would barely have a kiwi farms if they didn't. I think this vindicates me in trying to manage my expectations about Phil's demise based on the Atlus situation. I mean at this stage, when he has evidence that what he did didn't go against the guidelines Atlus themselves put out and his own network saying they're willing to bat for him, I'd say him losing his partnership over this is probably a stretch at this point.

If anything, DSP being a cockroach and surviving just prolongs his long, drawn out, slow decline that's always such a pleasure to watch. I mean literally as I'm typing this he just answered a question about whether he stood up to shit and replied joking about how he stood up and proceeded to spin round and round as he shat. That's no way for a 35 year old man to behave and still there's no feasible way he can leave Youtube/Twitch behind and make a career for himself somewhere else. It's all a matter of sitting back and enjoying the ride

I strongly disagree with Metokur and Phil himself. Phil doesn't have bad luck. He appears to be one of the luckiest people I know. In the sense that it seems almost supernatural at times how often he bumbles blindly across the jaws of doom. So its no surprise yet again he's in the clear and yet again detractors have taken the bait. This is like the 1000th time he's boohooed this woe is me terrible news...wait jk Im just fine bullshit. Don't make yourself look like a fool by getting suckered into this schtick. He's kinda like the herpes of the LPer community so personally I wouldn't call it for his 'business' until he's under an overpass filling out a job application instead of finishing another vlawg about how he's doomed to dine on lobsters and triple meatlovers pizzas and buy brand new cars.
