in what way is ofcom not going through legal processes to serve subpoena's on US soil not like an attack or something? like; this is closer to a fucking invasion or cyber attack or something than an actual legal process worth considering. pray and hope this case in the future faces abatement.

Second, now that I've managed to figure your post out, its not an attack precisely because its fake and gay and completely without legal standing. Or in other words, hamster bedding. This whole suit is to try and get them to fuck off with their faggotry. Not because its an actual threat but because its a matter of principle.

That aside, Null is almost certainly going to wind up with a surplus of fresh hamster bedding as Ofcom doubles-down on stupid, impotent demands. On the bright side we may just get an adorable forum mascot out of it as Null decides to put it all to good use.

I think they fail to understand the Greer law. Compliance -> more demands/penalties -> no choice but to fight. That's what happened with Greer and Viatron, that's what's happening in the Null lawsuit, and that's what the result was of KF's initial compliance with OFCOM's orders.

This intimidation tactic only works if you are smarter than Greer and know how to not fumble. OFCOM, it seems, is not that smart.
