Cephalopods do metabolize fatty acids so presumably inklings and octolings do as well.
They canonically don't have bones, so they presumably can't support excess adipose tissue. Otherwise they might collapse in on themselves.

A bit of a smaller story, Silverreploid recently wrote a Google Doc (A, attached as a PDF file named "My View On Politics.") which is a giant words-words-words Google Doc telling someone he does not name but shows the profile picture of to leave him alone. This profile picture (as of writing) belongs to Jazmyne Stormheart (ex-SplatSource "artist" who left due to political differences) and with the screenshot of a censored Twitter chain he provided, it was pretty easy to find out why he was writing this (Silverreploid retweeted an anti-ICE post and Jazmyne is very pro-ICE and was not happy):
And while searching for this Tweet, I saw that Jazmyne replied to Grummz about Silverreploid (A) 
While most of the Google Doc is pretty boring (and Silverreploid illogically protected his Twitter account where he was sharing the Google Doc), I noticed that he claims that Jazmyne groomed and ERPed with minors but doesn't provide any proof:
Maybe I'm overlooking something but I have never heard anything about Jazmyne grooming or ERPing with minors. I would like to see evidence of this claim but I doubt this will come out any time soon.

What I didn't realize at the time is that the screenshot was "censored" by putting a balck rectangle drawing over the Twitter name, but the archive doesn't show these drawings (a little pointless to know now since it's already established who he's talking about, but I didn't know this would work

Anyways, to the main point of this post:
Perhaps I spoke too soon, as Mister Krill / Uncle Al recently provided (A) a link to a Google Drive (attached as Angie.zip) as well as the original callout towards Jazmyne (A) saying that she ERPed with someone who was 14/15 while she was 19/20 (I assumed "Starlight" is Jazmyne here):
Before getting into the Google Drive, how is it known that Angie is now Jazmyne Stormheart? Besides the fact that Lilly's callout Tweet has Jazmyne's old Twitter tag (which can be seen in this post I made about people disliking her politics), Angie is the name of Jazmyne's self-insert Octoling character (A, or what they call an Octosona in SplatSource):
Now getting into the Google Drive, I may have been the reason that this was created, considering that all of the files were last modified yesterday and this is what the text file inside says:

When I first made the post on Stella's tweet telling people to unfollow Jazmyne that I referred to earlier in this post, I merely assumed it was just related to political differences (to put it simply, the majority of SplatSource seems to lean left) and didn't decide to investigate further. Turns out the real reason for the callout was because of this very incident above (or I assume, as it happened a day after Jazmyne was exposed) and Stella wisely did not mention this at ALL in the original "unfollow Jazmyne" Tweet, only linking what I assume was Jazmyne's admission/apology Tweet (which is now gone) in replies when people asked what happened (1/A, 2/A):
Assuming this is actually her (which seems quite likely based on what I know), you're telling me that only a month later Jazmyne would do foot-fetish RP with allegedly-putting-fentanyl-in-smoothies-for-the-homeless MadAttack? What in the world is going on? No wonder Silverreploid tried to make sure that Jazmyne remained an ex-friend.

Apologies for the double post but this is not related at all to Jazmyne and I think it should be its own post. If you've read the OP (or even just heard of SplatSource drama) you definitely have heard of the Lewd House Discord server, basically an ERP/porn trading server that had both big names in the community as well as minors. Most people would reasonably see that drama as a warning, but at least one person decided to take the Lewd House Discord server as an inspiration. Uncle Al made another Tweet directly namedropping Kiwi Farms (A) with another Google Drive titled "Patrick lewd house" (attached as a .zip file of the same name). As you can guess on the name, seems like a similar ERP Discord server made by someone called "Patrick125" (and inevitably had minors, as Patrick himself was 15!).
TL;DR:
Bonus: while looking around for some of SSC_Association's exposés (after seeing Uncle Al's Tweet), I found that the very last Tweet the association made was this (A)

What's interesting is that while SpikeHedgelion8 seems to be quite controversial, the evidence for some of the claims seems impossible for me to come by (so what's here is what I could gather without directly talking to people involved):
First, in late 2020, someone brought up the Lewd House drama to SpikeHedgelion8, who called it "beating a dead horse" (as it was a year old by that point), leading to him being called someone who defended grooming minors (A)
However, what SpikeHedgelion8 subtly leaves out is that he is Steam (and probably also Discord) friends with both LizzieRatcicle15 and ghostoftime1 and (seemingly) defended them back when it was revealed because they "manned up to their own faults" (A). He also allegedly witch-hunted Rachilde (I guess by saying his(?) name in the DeviantArt post?) but I also have not really seen evidence of this:
The only mention of SpikeHedgelion8 sending people after people who called him out after TheInvertedShadow's Twitter callout is this Twitter thread by SplattyBoy (A1, A2). SplattyBoy also alleges that SpikeHedgelion8 is "creepy towards minors in voice calls", but SplattyBoy provides no evidence and he is a 35-year-old "drama investigator" who has had a Google Doc (A, attached as a PDF titled "Talking About SplattyBoy) written on him for being very exceptional, so I hope you can see why I'm hesitant to believe him.
A few years later, in August 2024 he was allegedly exposed for grooming a minor back in 2019. Unfortunately, the only possible proof of this seems to be a Google Doc which was only shown to people in Twitter DMs (A). It seems to have reached the right people, as JoeyFlyBoy (someone who was involved in exposing SplatSource drama) seems to have believed it (no archive as his Twitter account is currently protected for some reason)
Again, while quite intriguing I would like to see proof of this without having to DM someone about months-old drama. The only other interesting VA listed is "NeonRoseOctoKitty", which is the new name of KittyKoopaTK (who I coincidentally used as an example in the OP of people making OCs). Who knew a short SplatSource video could lead into such a rabbit hole?

Spoke too soon, thanks to Mister Krill (who will unfortunately not be joining us on Kiwi Farms, but the offer's still open any time), the Google Doc exposing SpikeHedgelion8 of grooming a minor back in 2019 has been made publicly accessible (A, attached as a PDF titled "SpikeHedgelion8"). There is also a Google Doc by DemonJakie/MysticDreamsVA responding to basically all the accusations (A, attached as a PDF titled "Dear diary, I rest my case."), but I will save that for a separate post as there's a lot to go through and it frankly deserves its own post.
Unlike other Google Docs, this one is (relatively) quite short, but I will still spoiler it as usual. Before starting, let me remind you that SpikeHedgelion8 is 31 as of writing this post (based on the birthday he puts in his DeviantArt bio, A)
Starting off strong, some Discord messages of SpikeHedgelion8 celebrating LaLivey's 15th birthday (which is used to counter Spike's point that he "didn't know [her] age":

As stated in the second quote, DemonJakie (who now goes by MysticDreamsVA has recently come out with a Google Doc by DemonJakie/MysticDreamsVA responding to basically all the accusations (A, attached as a PDF titled "Dear diary, I rest my case.", link and PDF are the same as from the SpikeHedgelion8 post but repeated here as they are relevant). Technically, this Google Doc was first made back in March 24, 2025, but DemonJakie (the name I will be using) has been updating it throughout 2025 and 2026, and recently posted a YouTube Community Post (A) about the Google Doc.
Being a Google Doc meant to address the already large Google Drive on him + being updating constantly means this is a really long Google Doc (the PDF is 138 pages), so where better else to start then now?
The Google Doc starts off with a prelude listing trigger warnings (as usual for a Google Doc) and interestingly a text allegedly from DemonJakie’s mom confirming he is 18 as of writing this and his birthday of August 21, 2007.
DemonJakie also claims to be African-Asian to pre-emptively defend himself saying nigga in various messages. While DemonJakie’s last name is censored in the his mom’s supposed text, it is likely Garcia according to his Facebook (A), which has some old selfie pictures that do not seem “African-Asian” to me (Facebook face photo 1/A, Facebook face photo 2/A):
The rest of the document is made up of tabs addressing different topics, so I will do something similar with spoilers.
The last tab, “CONCLUSIONS,” starts with a bunch of Discord messages expressing support for DemonJakie.
There are also two voice files linked, one being a voice message from “ajmarkle” generally defending him and another being a “therapy progress” audio log by DemonJakie talking about how he says he changed for the better compared to the past.

DemonJakie claims he never “stole” $300 from FlutterCherryNM (I don’t think the original Google Drive ever gave a specific amount), as he got permission to make some of the purchases using her card. However, he only shows his Steam purchase history, and the ones that line up with FlutterCherryNM’s transaction history add up to $153.33 which is still quite a bit of money, especially for teenagers. The other purchases on the account aren’t explained other than “the proof was from an account I don’t have access to”; while I get that it’s difficult to prove a negative, I think other purchase histories besides Steam could have strengthened his case (if it’s even true).
Finally, DemonJakie tries to call out his former friends for not really taking him seriously when he was having “meltdowns”, which happened to occur while he was being confronted. One of these was due to finding out that his foster mother allegedly convinced him that he had kidney issues to scam more money out of the foster system (?????), which is so absurd I would be concerned for his former friends’ intelligence if they blindly believed it at face value.

DemonJakie also takes various screenshots from the original Google Drive on him and claims that these screenshots show that he had consent to make sexual jokes with and talk sexually to the multiple minors he did so with.
The next set of screenshots are related to two “online sisters” Fanana and VixiXen, both of whom DemonJakie was dating at the time. There’s also a weird comment by Fanana about how being in a polyamorous relationship with DemonJakie would mean her “online sister” VixiXen would become a “companion in a relationship,” which is admittedly pretty weird but relatively not that bad.

It's pretty funny that this came about even after he went through the effort of defending (or allegedly "harassing" (A)) her from others trying to tell him to stay away. While I was writing this post, Mr. Bubblegum made a thread detailing Chrisomatic's "harassment" (A). Maybe I'm missing something, but while what Chrisomatic did (ask why VannaMontana106 why she blocked him (due to voice actor replacement drama), defend LizzieRatcicle's actions in those Discord DMs as he had a similar experience, then defend her in DeviantArt comments when confronted about his association with her there) is somewhat dumb/ignorant, I don't think this constitutes harassment.

In the process of rewriting the SplatSource OP, I’ve removed some stuff I thought that while informative, wasn’t really relevant to the OP or the story being told. Because it’s informative, this post is to at least have the information publicly accessible and collected somewhere.
As his Splanimations Archive article says, PizzaHyper was a Mexican-American SplatSource animator, who made some frankly suggestive videos, as shown by one of PizzaHyper’s thumbnails shown in Content Crasher: PizzaHyper (PreserveTube).
Evidently, PizzaHyper likes Inklings/Octolings with big busts.
And as you may expect; despite being 17 at the time, PizzaHyper would make NSFW content.
But what really made him controversial to the SplatSource community was his anger issues, which would be expressed as edginess and general usage of slurs (especially the racial and homophobic kind).
His homophobia seemed to only be directed towards gays, as he would make NSFW lesbian SplatSource posters.
What’s interesting is that the Octoling girl on the right, Salina, was a character made as PizzaHyper’s “girlfriend.”

While Lilly/Tempest didn’t put them in chronological order, I will attempt to. It seems that sometime in 2023, Zeldaboy (24) started “trialing” a relationship with the yellow-censored minor (17), planning to date him officially after the minor turned 18.
On October 2, 2023, Zeldaboy14, moving a little fast for a “trial” relationship, roleplayed giving a small cheek kiss to the yellow-censored minor.
On December 2, 2023, while talking to the yellow-censored minor, Zeldaboy14 talks about kissing the orange-censored person, who is an adult now but they met when the orange-censored person was underage.
Despite it being a “trial” relationship, on December 12, 2023 Zeldaboy14 asked (presumably) the yellow-censored minor if he’s into sounding, which he likely played off as a “joke” to get away with saying this (but it’s hard to tell with the cropping).

He would go to the yellow-censored minor to throw a tantrum about being banned. Zeldaboy14’s behavior ends up reminding the yellow-censored minor of his ex and pissing him off for the night.
The next day, they would talk over a Discord voice call. It seems to have gone poorly, as the yellow-censored minor breaks up with Zeldaboy14 (before the relationship officially started), telling Zeldaboy14 that he (Zeldaboy14) would be happier with his ex and he (the minor) will be happier with some space.
On September 7, 2024, Zeldaboy14 would get banned from some server, apparently for being a creep and constantly bringing up past drama.
Coincidentally, the next day, Lilly/Tempest would go to Zeldaboy14’s (non-minor) ex and present the screenshots of Zeldaboy14’s grooming to her. The ex apparently had suspicions of Zeldaboy14 being a groomer ever since the end of 2023 / start of 2024.
A week later, Zeldaboy14 started telling people to cut off the ex, probably due to the yellow-censored minor name dropping the ex in the breakup statement.
Brewster T. Koopa (fellow SplatSource model porter) would also bring some screenshots from an individual named “Pinkolol.” These screenshots aren’t that incriminating compared to Lilly/Tempest’s, but Zeldaboy14 still comes off as quite the jerk.

Pinkolol sent the textures to Zeldaboy14, but when he made the port, he didn’t credit Pinkolol directly for spending the money to get the textures; the closest he got was saying “You never thought we could do this one, right?”

Turns out Skylar never asked about Xehex, so when Skylar found out that LizzieRatcicle used her as a scapegoat, she got mad at LizzieRatcicle.
LizzieRatcicle accuses Xehex of trying to manipulate her and asks if he tried to make “Ken” (possibly LizzieRatcicle’s current boyfriend) kill himself, which sets him off and he starts ranting at her. Eventually LizzieRatcicle says that she plans to start “replacing [him] for a different voice role,” which is kind of confusing; I’m not sure if she is going to replace him (change for a new voice actor) or put him into a different role (make him voice a different character, probably one not close to “Ken”).
In voice messages, LizzieRatcicle allegedly said she was replacing him due to concerns with her reputation.
I’m mixed about this; on one hand what LizzieRatcicle did was pretty bad, but on the other hand I’m not that sympathetic to any of the voice actors, especially considering how their reactions (Xehex, especially).
During these callouts, LizzieRatcicle would make a post on her DeviantArt using her Splatoon Inkling OC Clauds to imply she was pregnant.

To add something new for those that have read the original OP already, here is a rough chart I made detailing most of the "crossovers" between various members in this community + the two other lolcows I wrote about, Zengo Oshiba and Miss Breezy VTuber. I made this using draw.io, and I have attached a .txt file you can drag and drop into draw.io if you want to edit it yourself.
In addition, Ellie had some drama between her and someone else, but secretly made up. As stated by crueldude100, Ellie roped her friends into training for some fake wager match, then threw the match and made fun of her friends for taking the drama so seriously, causing one poor friend to ragequit then and there.
Whenever her friends left her server, Ellie would get mad and turn against them.

Ellie tended to avoid crueldude100, someone who helped a lot. When the co-owner of Ellie’s server left, Ellie promoted one of the most inactive members due to seniority instead of choosing crueldude100, and chose to go to others instead of crueldude100 for help.
Ellie showed the most favoritism towards Mage Kid, as she made him the owner when she temporarily left, ad. In addition, on June 26, 2018, Ellie made Mage Kid’s friend and Mage Kid’s girlfriend co-owners of her server.

January 4, 2024, only a few days after the new year, Zeldaboy14 tells (presumably) the yellow-censored minor this:
On January 17, 2024, Zeldaboy14 and the yellow-censored minor digitally poke each other, before things turn sexual.
This one isn’t really that interesting, but Zeldaboy14 calls the yellow-censored minor a bean and then starts a voice call.
Throughout February 2024, Zeldaboy14 and the yellow-censored minor engage in homosexual talk. For some reason, on the 22th Zeldaboy14 sends an image of his car, along with an audio file with the orange-censored minor’s name in the file name.
In March 2024, Zeldaboy14 ramps up the gay sex talk with the yellow-censored minor and straight up (or rather, gay up) says he wants to “plap his pink hole”.
By the beginning of April, Zeldaboy14 had turned 15. The yellow-censored minor starts “nomming” Zeldaboy14 and sending some anime gifs of said action. It also looks like around this time the yellow-censored minor starts going by any pronouns.
On April 22, Zeldaboy14 changes the name of the blue-censored minor to something gross, takes a screenshot, and sends the screenshot in a group chat with said minor and her boyfriend.
In late June 2024, Zeldaboy14 would get banned from the blue-censored minor’s server for earraping a voice channel with his soundboard. He would go to the yellow-censored minor to throw a tantrum about being banned. Zeldaboy14’s behavior ends up reminding the yellow-censored minor of his ex and pissing him off for the night.
The next day, they would talk over a Discord voice call. It seems to have gone poorly, as the yellow-censored minor breaks up with Zeldaboy14 (before the relationship officially started
), telling Zeldaboy14 that he (Zeldaboy14) would be happier with his ex and he (the minor) will be happier with some space.On September 7, 2024, Zeldaboy14 would get banned from some server, apparently for being a creep and constantly bringing up past drama.
Coincidentally, the next day, Lilly/Tempest would go to Zeldaboy14’s (non-minor) ex and present the screenshots of Zeldaboy14’s grooming to her. The ex apparently had suspicions of Zeldaboy14 being a groomer ever since the end of 2023 / start of 2024.
A week later, Zeldaboy14 started telling people to cut off the ex, probably due to the yellow-censored minor name dropping the ex in the breakup statement.
Brewster T. Koopa (fellow SplatSource model porter) would also bring some screenshots from an individual named “Pinkolol.” These screenshots aren’t that incriminating compared to Lilly/Tempest’s, but Zeldaboy14 still comes off as quite the jerk.

Tweet 2 is screenshots from what appears to be a Splatoon map porting Discord, where Pinkolol gets dogpiled and called the “fun police” for trying to limit the scope of a map the group was porting.
Tweet 3 is screenshots of Zeldaboy14 telling Pinkolol that she doesn’t “understand materials” (I believe this is about Garry’s Mods textures) and that her (map? model?) “collision is shit.” Also, the third screenshot is a repeat of the second.
Tweet 4 is 3 screenshots of Zeldaboy14 basically calling Pinkolol a normie gamer and 1 screenshot of him implying that she was buttering him up for some reason.
Tweet 5 is one screenshot of Zeldaboy14 celebrating when Pinkolol left and 3 screenshots of Zeldaboy14 canceling a project that Pinkolol was working on, and basically wasting the time she spent working on her part of the project.
Tweet 6 is multiple screenshots put into one image; Pinkolol had spent ~$200 to get different-region copies of Splatoon 2 to get textures from regional Splatfests to dump them legitimately (I assume to avoid Nintendo’s lawyers, had they used pirated copies from other regions). Pinkolol sent the textures to Zeldaboy14, but when he made the port, he didn’t credit Pinkolol directly for spending the money to get the textures; the closest he got was saying “You never thought we could do this one, right?”
Tweet 7 is him editing his own article on the Splanimations Archive, claiming that, “Without him, the Splatoon model porting scene may have died.” A little self-centered, if I may add.

Surprise surprise, someone associated with Ellie Godelia (was Zeldaboy14’s e-girlfriend until she broke up with him back during the TCS-Peachy drama) gets into a controversy regarding grooming. I wonder if his situation is similar to TCS’s (i.e. porn-addicition turned pedophilia) because he uses a lot of terms that seem to be used a lot on (what I guess) is NSFW Twitter (plap, twink, all the gay stuff when his previous relationship was straight). I don’t have much to say on Pinkolol’s screenshots other than I’m somewhat on her side on this (although there could be more that isn’t being shown).

Sometime in early November 2024, Eternal Maxwell, feeling betrayed, called out LizzieRatcicle for screwing up voice acting role management and proceeding to blame it on Maxwell.
This would prompt two other people to speak up, VannaMontana and Xehex. VannaMontana had volunteered to voice act Frye, but when the video was finished, LizzieRatcicle silently replaced her with someone else. I guess she got silently replaced when VannaMontana was slow in recording her lines.
Xehex would talk about how LizzieRaticle treated him, implying that she was trying to get rid of him.

Out of nowhere, LizzieRatcicle asks Xehex about him and SplattyBoy (someone he had enough drama with to write an exposé Google Doc (A) about that spans 114 pages), claiming that Skylar was trying to learn about his past.
In the following Tweet, he would admit to making “bad” mistakes in the past, and says the worst thing he did was witch hunt an ex talking trash about him.

Turns out Skylar never asked about Xehex, so when Skylar found out that LizzieRatcicle used her as a scapegoat, she got mad at LizzieRatcicle.
LizzieRatcicle accuses Xehex of trying to manipulate her and asks if he tried to make “Ken” (possibly LizzieRatcicle’s current boyfriend) kill himself, which sets him off and he starts ranting at her. Eventually LizzieRatcicle says that she plans to start “replacing [him] for a different voice role,” which is kind of confusing; I’m not sure if she is going to replace him (change for a new voice actor) or put him into a different role (make him voice a different character, probably one not close to “Ken”).
In voice messages, LizzieRatcicle allegedly said she was replacing him due to concerns with her reputation.

Even one of these dramas/controversies would likely sink a career in any other community, but the SplatSource community is different. To show what I mean, let me use 5 of the biggest members of the community that were in the Lewd House: ghostoftime1, TCS, Ellie Godelia, LizzieRatcicle, and Geofcraze634.
ghostoftime1 is the only one to actually disappear from the Internet, sometime in May 2023, although I only have proof of the time it happened via this random DeviantArt comment.

The biggest problem with this community is frankly the fan-bases of the bigger creators. As seen in the previous dramas, it’s very hard to call out the bigger creators, especially when they are sending their fans after you.
There’s also the issue that if you want to grow in this community, you need to work with these bigger creators; best shown by Chrisomatic (primarily an SMG4-fan GMOD channel, but he uses SplatSource content and started to create content in 2022) willing to feature LizzieRatcicle’s OC Clauds in his DeviantArt posts and YouTube videos.

As you may expect, it makes it harder for newcomers to this community to openly side against the big creators for stuff that really shouldn’t be forgiven so easily. However, I don’t foresee any major drama happening soon, unless Alex Spider is involved. He is the biggest, one of the oldest still-active creators, and also the least controversial (I haven’t heard of any major drama regarding him so far) so any drama with him is likely to be interesting (after all, the bigger they are, the harder they fall). There is one thing I’ve seen so far that seems a little suspicious:

Kabalmystic makes some pretty NSFW models, so if I were Alex Spider, I probably wouldn’t be using these models considering his fanbase. Searching up his name shows a kemono.su (some sort of Patreon leaking site?) page on him, and the stuff I’m seeing is pretty NSFW.

For anyone interested in watching drama from the SplatSource community, it is a lesson in ARCHIVING EVERYTHING! I said it in the beginning, but it’s important to repeat here: many of the sources used in drama videos are gone / lost to time, and you never know when important videos that have been up for years will suddenly disappear one day.
In fact, one of the major drama documenters in this community (A Polish Guard) had wiped his channel in the process of making this post (sometime after February 28, 2025, as I was still able to access the channel to make my original Jacktropolis post), forcing me to use really low-quality PreserveTube archives and my local archives. Had I not thought to PreserveTube / download some of the videos, I would be up a creek without a paddle, and the other drama videos on his channel (his TehCanadianSpartan video comes to mind) are practically gone now.
Anyways, the SplatSource community, while being fun to virtually people-watch, is also a lesson in why you should call out the bad actors in your communities and why you should be careful with NSFW content (or ideally, not engage with it at all), especially in a community filled with minors.

Besides the obvious (old Twitter name being “DorQ2K”), when TCS’s DMs were leaked, one of his DMs with Rudy showed him referring to a channel titled “Object Gaming Network” as his gaming channel. One of the videos he sends from that channel still survives (as of writing this).
