That's crossing over a line where it would give DSP a moral high ground position where he could legitimize indefinitely his eternal claims of detractors wanting to hurt him personally and acting like stalkers.
If it happens to Phil from somebody who is a fan of his and they just want to get "closer" then I'll laugh along with everyone else, but hopefully it would not be somebody from this community looking to make a name for themselves. Not a good image for anybody at that point.

Phil makes effort to improve when he feels pressure that everything is falling apart. Right now I would guess he is doing alright because he has canned Kogaming and vlogs, taking days off, showing up whenever, even planning a "vacation." You will know when he thinks shit hit the fan because we will see the "exciting" return of Dsp Tries It, Hateful Truth, and streams will have some consistency. Of course those things will fail and he will bitch but why would people care when they know he will drop them with no warning.

Bits, tips, and Patreon are extremely temporary plugs in one compartment of Phil's Titanic career that is taking on an ever-increasing amount of water.
Soon many of those generously giving people are going to hit a budgetary wall, Phil will say or do something to piss them off, and/or they will find better things to do with their time and money.
Given any of those circumstances, DSP does not draw in any new viewership.
Conclusively, Phil does not have much time left as a live streamer.

Forgive my ignorance, I haven't owned my own property before; but isn't taking out a 2nd mortgage out to pay off other debts generally a sign that he's fucked up to a far greater degree than he wants to admit?Massive all of text right before his stream, where he attacks his fans, attacks haters, and last paragraph talks about his plans for the WA house.

He claims that because it's a visual novel, Danganronpa isn't a TRUE and HONEST video game, just a book. It's the only book I know of where you can get a game over.

If the value is going up on his house what he should be doing is let it go up as much as it is then sell it, hopefully he gets asking price, use that money to pay off that mortgage and the remaining funds goes for his move back to CT. But he wont do that because he is a moron and as for your question, yes, it's using debt to pay off debt.

Should I remind you what happened the last time DSP tried to cook bacon and eggs? He handled raw bacon without washing his hands, then fried the greasiest pieces of discount bacon in the world, then dropped bacon grease in the toilet, and eaten bread he dropped on the floor. Whatever the fuck that glop is, it's an improvement over what Gout Boi does in the kitchen.
