I don't remember where I saw this but a local resident saw this video and brought up the fact that this guy is the chief of police or something and apparently has some sort of personal grudge against styx so he went to this arrest. Has anyone heard anything about that?

This is all unconfirmed and certainly Tarl deserved this arrest but someone who claimed to be in the know made it seem like this guy has had it out for him for a while.

Didn't seem like he knew who Tarl was imo. He probably went on the arrest because there's reports of Tarl pointing guns at his girlfriends and threatening to kill them.

It wasn't a local, it was Styx himself, on Twitter I believe. A day or two after the arrest he told everyone that the police chief had... I forgot the wording, but disarmed him. He made it sound like the chief actually removed it himself, instead of just telling him to quit fucking around.

As to the grudge, he's been arrested twice in just a couple months, and given what we know about Sam he probably gets more reports on Styx than he wants. So I could see it. He should have a grudge against Sam but unless (Ed I think) Dumas knows about the farms, I doubt he's going to look under the hood.
