I wonder how much it would cost to FOIA his jail footage, and how much there might be in the cell itself where they made him sleep beside the toilet because he smelled so damn bad.

I personally think this is the first time he ever actually had to deal with ramifications of what he did. Remember- he used a fucking book bag on a stroller through highschool, and that was his affectation- or so he thought so enough to mention it in the damn yearbook.

Once again. There are two firearms related charges for the arrest we all witnessed that Nikki filmed.

One is a misdemeanor reckless endangerment because of firing his Glock into the ground next to someone, most likely Sam, while attempting to clean it.

Everyone hyper focuses on this one.

The serious charge is felony aggravated domestic assault for pointing a gun at someone, most likely Sam, and saying he would kill them. To which they said do it [pussy] and he cried and pointed the gun at himself.

The ND has evidence tied to it in the form of a bullet hole in the floor.
The felony assault is solely going to be based on testimony from Sam.

That's the best explanation as to why he's being so stupid with this whole situation. Even now he could turn himself in, do his time and potentially turn some shit around. He still has fans and gets views so potentially he could get out of jail on good behavior, go record a video and go back to talking about Trump and magic beans or whatever. I have a full time job. I have never cheated on anyone or engaged in sex work. I have never hit or abused children. I have never accused a man of a crime and had them arrested, I have also never played victim in my life. I have never had a man pay my bills in my life. I would never get a protective order against a man and then ask him to pay my rent, even after I had him arrested the second time. I would never ever ever call the cops or have anyone arrested in the first place! I would never prioritize testifying against Styx over being with my children. Most men wouldn't want their private lives displayed for the world to see, which is why most don't put themselves in situations where the public can hear about them. Tarl is not like most men. If that's the reason he didn't show up, then it's a pretty dumb reason, as his evading court doesn't stop his private life from being public. If anything, his private life will be even more public after he is caught lmao
