Tony and Moviebob were posting about how much people were gonna hate the new Junamji movie. So far, the reception's been pretty muted, which by Sony standards is pretty good. But after seeing the trailer, wow, does Tony not have any taste whatsoever.

I am a free speech maniac to the point of fanaticism, and even I think some things are probably inappropriate for some audiences, and this is one of those obvious cases where the actual speaker, Disney, has decided based on no pressure at all, to make something more appropriate for its intended audience.

Frankly, it was pretty fucking weird they even had a sex slave auction in a ride for kids in the first place. You'd think an "expert" on kids' media like (((Tony Goldnark))) would understand things like this.

Nah, not really. He's so fucking autistic he probably thinks he's the intended audience.

Apparently, a lot of Disneyland fans are not too happy about them changing the scene in the Pirates ride. According to the comments I've been reading, the ride was the last ride Walt Disney himself had a hand in, so it's sacred to these fanatics.

Meh, whatever. I'm sure they're still going to be throwing their money at Disney, so their complaints really mean nothing.

Besides, Pirates already had several revamps already, either adding or removing animatronics/animations and including the movie cast (how the fuck they missed that is beyond me). How's this any different besides "MUH POLITICAL CORRECTNESS"?

And even then, I don't mind the changes because it'd only make sense that it's the same woman who got auctioned off into piracy to become a pirate herself.

He's such a hypocrite. He's ranting about keeping the slave auction animatronic in tact when he made a video less than a year ago about not adding a Trump animatronic to the Hall of Presidents simply because he doesn't like the guy. If mental gymnastics were an Olympic sport, Tony would be a prodigy.

I'm curious what his stance on changing the Splash Mountain ride is. I wonder if we would get this reaction from Tony despite the ride being based on Song of the South, one of the most racist films Disney's ever produced.
