The part that tickles me the most about the paint claim is in several clips you can see the smoke billowing out from under the vehicle, highlighting its outline against the ground below. So for it to be true they can't have just painted these Wile E. Coyote decoys on the ground, they've gotta be on some separate piece of material that matches the real vehicle's silhouette, like a giant plywood cutout or something.
Now this might just be me, but painting a bunch of fake aircraft on shape-matched cutouts and leaving them on your runways and helipads seems like an awful waste of time and resources. Are you going to wheel out the real deal and field it from there after the decoys get bombed?
