He doesn't really seem to understand he is setting himself up for a tortious interference lawsuit. Fishtank isn't like Kiwifarms, Fishtank makes money hand over fist and can afford legal representation to subpeona twitter for his information and serve him papers for a lawsuit. Hes been very open about his intentions to fuck with the show so the documentation is there and suddenly deleting it all doesn't mean Twitter deletes it on their side. KF should be able to do the same to LFJ but the site just doesn't have the cash flow to handle such a tedious lawsuit.
 
Who is the dream first kick if you were a Neptunian 200IQ member of production? I think the arguments are strong for Bezo and Vicki, but they are also content cows (at least thus far, Vicki has been a punching bag but has generated some entertaining clips). Personally I want Bezo to go through hell, so I'd like him around for a bit longer. I think Anissa is also a safe kick, but I think she could provide some humorous antagonism towards Mohammed.

It's been said many times but literally the only way to prevent this type of thing would be getting set up in an undisclosed warehouse and building an entire home inside of it. Not that the wiggers have great opsec, but all it takes is one picture of the house for some autist to find a listing with a matching floor or wall or amenity and the address becomes public knowledge. That's not preventable when they're livestreaming a real house obviously, so it'd have to be a warehouse build, but that is so prohibitively expensive I don't think there'd ever be a way to make that profitable.

The problem is that streamers can and do get "whitelisted" in a way with local police. As I understand from reading up on it, typically dispatch and the cops will attach notes to an address if police have been contacted by the streamer beforehand and informed that they may get false threats/calls about the address to cause an s-word. The issue is that the police DO need to always check in, the difference with a "whitelisting" is essentially that a whole SWAT team won't show up, a cop or two will to do a wellness check. This wouldn't be so bad, but eventually the cops and township get tired of dealing with it regardless. That's what ended up happening with season 3 and 4. At the end of the day, the boomers with some say over these wealthier neighborhoods just get sick of it and will bend any rule possible to get the show shutdown. Even with proper permits filed, "whitelisting" from local police, and all of that, there is always some rule that someone can flex to fuck things up in the short term. With all their i's dotted and t's crossed, production can fight it but it would take so long with how the legal system moves that it's not possible to get the show running again in time.

You would assume at some point the cops would look more into who's calling in all of these s-words, but most of these local police forces don't have the time, resources, nor inclination to. It's pretty obvious based on what someone posted earlier in this thread who the responsible parties are, but as anyone who's ever read about serial killers knows, it's nigh-on impossible to get even bordering county police forces to collaborate, much less working with a police force in another state, even in cases of murder. The few people who have gone down for s-wording were people who were doing it constantly or as a for hire service. So it's unlikely there's ever justice for shit like this. Very fucked up situation and one can only hope the pathetic scum that keep fucking with the show end up behind bars, but I wouldn't hold my breath.

I pretty much agree with all of this. Definitely a more well rounded cast then pretty much any other season. No huge standouts like Burt/Alex B/Jon/Jimmy but better overall and makes it less reliant on one or two fish to carry the house. Really big fan of the job concept to keep the fish busy and also the store is very comfy. Looking forward to seeing the other themed rooms.
I'll sound like a broken record but I still miss Sam. He was a pouty pants bitch in S4 but at his best (as in like, 2.5 or 3.) he was bringing an energy that S5 is currently lacking. Bam is a bit too much of a friend to the fish for my liking but he is growing on me and I really like how invested he is in the show and the fish's drama and being active downstairs, but he's also kinda stupid and brain fried so I hope he can keep it up.
Overall I'm :optimistic: about this season though it's shaping up really nicely.

Anissa and Emma are deadweights so far, so them would be the safest bet, anyone else could ruin some funny future arcs

Correct me if Im wrong or didnt understand the rules but: The penalty for letting someone steal something is garnashing wages. So wouldnt the 200IQ move to just be steal stuff when you have a shift? Just steal more than you'd get paid for that day.

Doing the math they'd have been 8 when homestuck started and 12 when it swoosed into the worst of the shitty act 6 timeframes if the claim about being 25 is legit. If they got involved in any homestuck "fandom" stuff it's the current year eternal brand of it morphed out of the kind that took over the tumblr ones. No clue if anyone already pointed this out already or not but I felt like pointing it out since a few people messaged me about them drawing homestuck trolls on fishtank.
