Emma and Vicky are a power couple and need each other to some extent. Emma can be pretty cringe but she has been much more involved than Anisa. The only thing Anisa has done is poopgate. She would be a willing participant in some hijinks but only ever as a tagalong. If Vicky were without Emma she would just be an ineffectual drug addict, and an annoying one at that.

The real problem is no matter who Drake votes out he will be betraying someone. If he votes Bashir out the guys won't trust him ever again and if he votes for anyone else then the girls won't trust him again.

My thinking is that he would've been happy to give his plants to the girls if he wanted to vote off Bashir. He wasn't asking simply to combine the bags but for him to have control of the bags. That's why I think it's not Bashir.
