I have heard from a couple of different places that BSV either works around kids in Norway's version of child protective services or he is a plumber.
So he'll need to be up to his elbows in toilets now to make up for those weeks he wasn't paying poor Pheel in chat. I'm just guessing that's what Vidar's pronunciation sounds like.
As to what is wrong with him...a lot given the revelations last month.

Phil lives in a gated community (supposedly), has no friends (affirmed) and never leaves his house to attend social events. The odds of DSP getting robbed are almost zero, however, if you wanted too, you could always threaten him with copyright strikes and dropped Patreon pledges to get him to turn his pockets

The firearm issue with DSP is a little spooky. I don't think he's that stupid and could learn how to handle a pistol, it's not hard at all. The minor issue is that he'll become a glock fag right off the bat and be annoying as fuck. Imagine DSP applying his video game logic and mannerisms to the gun range, "*SNORT* WUT DA FUK DOOD I WAS AIMING FOR THAT". The major issue would be his stupid ass drawing on someone thinking one of his detractors would actually waste money to go see his fat ass. DSP is like Jason Blaha without any of the muscle (although JB has little himself) and none of the crazy ass fairy tales. Look him up.

A lot of people who donate don't really have much money, they're just attention starved. Ellohime (I believe it was him) used to get thousands of dollars from this one donator. He just thought the donator was rich, but he was actually struggling financially and couldn't even pay for rent.

Tuned into the stream for a few minutes. Phil is just staring at chat while TheAnoyMouse literally walks him through the game step by step. "Go left here" "Boss up ahead (Insert strategy here)" "There is an ambush up ahead." Why doesn't this guy send Phil 4 hours of footage and Phil sit on camera snorting while staring at the chat.

Irresponsible speculation. Apparently when BSV was a baby, he and his parents were on a ship that ended up sinking and killing a bunch of people. It's been discussed that he and his family possibly received settlement money and maybe that's where it's coming from.

The baffling thing about this is that Phil will continue to spew self-righteous shit about how he doesn't get his hand held through a game when shit like this is happening.

That wouldn't make sense. If Baby BSV and his parents survived the wreck, they wouldn't receive any settlement money. Typically that sum is doled out to the living relatives of those who would have died in such an event so they don't each sue the ship owners for an even greater amount.

Phil's youtube videos of Dark Souls 2 are doing fucking horrible. He used to pull in 20,000 views on part 1 videos in 24 hours now can't even break 4,000 views.

Phil's pride is once again sabotaging the success of his streams and uploads. Nobody repeat NOBODY is entertained by DSP breezing through any game. Yet when the first opportunity to add a bit of challenge presented itself upon joining a certain covenant, once he found out the difficulty would spike he ran fast as he could to bail out of it.
His lone appealing quality is salt. Flipping off the camera, telling publishers and fans to go fuck themselves, shedding tears of unbridled petulant rage. But he would rather take the easy way out so detractors have less ammo, in his mind.
It's safe to say by this point that whoever told him Scholar of the First Sin is "broken and difficult as fuck" was not being entirely forthright.
