Yeah in terms of Jack's fuck-ups it's definitely not terrible. But using pure tomato paste as your sauce is pretty disgusting - if you're trying to keep it low-carb you might as well do a white pizza with a cream sauce rather than sticking with tomatoes (themselves pretty sweet).

That's more or less the standard recipe for that kind of "pizza" though.

yeah jack thinks that if he eats one "healthy" meal a day he'll magically lose weight. who needs to exercise!

if i recall, jack has tried numerous diets throughout the years. he's the type of guy who will say he's going on a diet, barely stick to it for a week, and then give up because nothing was happening. throw in the fact that he's never exercised a day in his life and that he's constantly eating like shit, and you have forever obese jack.

He and his wife once tried P90x for a couple weeks, but since he was only seeing results on his legs and his weight wasn't going down, he quit.

Do you really need a "pasta timer" to cook pasta? It's dumb.

Anyway, people in the comments are pointing out Jack failed to follow the instructions again.

This video in particular made me cringe hard.

He has a guest cook in this video, and she's fine, no complaints about her but the whole time I'm watching the video I'm so distracted by how tacky and "AS SEEN ON TV" all of his hardware is.

"I've never had this rice before, but I'm going to make it this way from now on." He always uses that "from now on" line, and this just shows how empty that compliment is.

Also, I can't stand how he always covers his mouth when talking and I don't know if that's a reflection on me or him. Maybe he's just being polite and covering his mouth and I'm the neanderthal or that's just something weird he does.

You know who Scalfani is? He's the guy in those trashy cookware commercials who fucks up simple stuff before they introduce the gimmicky product.
But he can't even use them. He almost broke his magic bullet blender twice and then got pissy with it for his own cooking fuck-ups. I honest to god don't know how he gets freebies unless he's lying about them like he lies about how good his stuff is (seriously, he gives the same canned responses).

I honestly think he just buys them himself and says that the company sent it to him to try out to sound bigger than he really is. No sane company would send a guy that is notorious for using things incorrectly without implicit rules on how to use it.

Why wouldn't a cooking appliance company want to have their product associated with salmonella?

any company that actually sends their products for jack to review is clearly desperate to get the word out through any means possible

they see this guy on youtube with a "cooking show" and a couple 100k subs and figure it's a good idea. instead they find that he incorrectly used the product, blamed his incompetence on it, and told his viewers that he wouldn't recommend it
