phil is saying on stream anyone can impersonate anyone else and get ACTUAL COPYRIGHT STRIKES applied to his channel. If this is true how can i do this?

DSP on his Dark Souls 2 stream has so far gotten 400 dollars in donations, not counting bits (cause I didn't know what a bit is in USD) and subs.
Who knows if these strikes are falsified, this entire thread is merely speculation. But one thing I don't think is speculation, where the copyright strikes are by Rockstar officially or not, or DSP lying about them entirely, he definitely milks them for all they are worth.

Edit: Not two minutes later and hes easily over 500 now, if not 600+.
