🐮 LolcowRussell Greer / Mr. Green / Russell Greee / Russle / Brothel Prince / @ just_some_dude_named_russell29 / A Safer Nevada PAC - Swift-Obsessed Sex Pest, Convicted of E-Stalking, "Eggshell Skull Plaintiff" Pro Se Litigant, Homeless, aspiring brothel owner
Does anyone know the total number of litigation attempts Russell was involved with? Including stuff like this eviction. I'm curious about the number of times he lost in court. Off the top of my head, about 15?
Just on the top of my head, you're missing the three restraining orders against KF members, one against Mr. Hardin, the police reports (if it counts as litigation), the Gilman case, the porn star case, the cases regarding two out of three of his restraining orders (four if that other hooker is right), the payday loan case, and probably something else.
Re:Swift. There were at least two Swift lawsuits, maybe three. I think it's two, though
I almost hope he gets what he wants here. The settlement adjuticators will take one look at Russhole's chain of comments and behaviours and see them for exactly what they are.
The settlement result will be something along the lines of: "Lol, no."
The sooner Russ gets told to fuck off, the better. On top of his eviction woes the realization that he lost an easy 20k due to his own greed will be a one-two gut punch that will feed my schadenfreude needs for a good long while.
As plaintiff:
Greer V. Walters (Olive Garden)
Greer V. Herbert in his official capacity as Governor of Utah (the basis for Why I'm Making it Legal...)
The Jason Guinasso interventions His attempt to secure an injunction to stop the demolition of that derelict brothel
As defendant:
His multiple protective orders from sex workers
The lawsuit against him for unpaid payday loans
The repossession of his Nissan Micra
Was that Gilman? He tried to get them to be forced to sell to him, and then tried to get the buyer to not knock it down? Holy shit Greer documentation makes Chris Chan look like a fucking kid's book.

I've included them in the revised OP. The section Russel v. The Law talks about him being the plaintiff, and The Law v. Russell talks about him being the defendant. Please note this does not include other actions, like moving to intervene in someone else's case, restraining orders, and tattling to the police.
....reviewing this, I've gotta hand it to Mr. Greer: he certainly has an unflinching sense of optimism (or he's just that stubborn). If he wasn't who he is (a vexatious, whormongering moron), he could've made it big in the world.
EDIT: as an aside, if any of you find anything wrong in that OP, please let me know there.

This is glorious - a table of contents somewhere that makes it obvious at a glance how fucking litigious this asshole is would do wonders. It simply boggles the mind how many fucking times this retard has tried to use the law, and how little success he's had.

It's a drooling, paralyzed mirror to Acerthorn. But where Stabbins is fire and brimstone and uses excessive first person language in filings, Russell is at least trying to sound professional (poorly), more chill, and wimpy, on top of his demands. He wants the courts to do things and serve him, but when he gets push back he often goes into his plightsperging and woe is me feel-bad-for-me spiral (less so with chatgpt as his attorney now), where Stabbins never complains about his lot in life save for being $4 gorillion poorer than he should be, and that they need to grovel and submit since he's clearly right.
Acerthorn is a torrent seeking that magical $1 million paycheck from every retard who laughed at him, while Russ is a meek, calculated pursuit of brothels and anything that could either fund brothels or which can make him into "somebody", like wooing celebrities then suing them when it doesn't work. Also suing people that prevent him from doing either of those things. I find both interesting, but Russell somehow more so because he's just pathetic.
I came across this interesting snippit while going through the FOIA docs U_M shared on Monday. It seems like Greee has procured another vehicle at some point, apparently an EV. I wonder what he's driving?
Based on his financial means I'm going to assume something like a used Nissan Leaf or Chevy Bolt, or perhaps a new Fiat 500e; a CDJR store is about the only new car dealership he'd be able to get financing. None of them would be very comfortable to live in...
Good point - was the famous "avenge Hoff" post done from the Nissan of fond memory? I read that at first as he had somehow ended up renting an EV and would have to go back and rent a gas car, but now that you point it out that doesn't make sense as you could swap same-day.
