🐮 Lolcow Russell Greer / Mr. Green / Russell Greee / Russle / Brothel Prince / @ just_some_dude_named_russell29 / A Safer Nevada PAC - Swift-Obsessed Sex Pest, Convicted of E-Stalking, "Eggshell Skull Plaintiff" Pro Se Litigant, Homeless, aspiring brothel owner

Isn't this just straight up fraud?
I think student loans are intentionally done in such a way that there's no actual restrictions on their use.
I couldn't find any specific limitations through studentaid.gov. It might be explained in the loan agreement itself.

I did find information on money.usnews.com.
What Can Student Loans Be Used For? 22 Sep 2025

Student loans can be used for a wide range of education-related expenses.

Not cars though :story:

There could be consequences, but it's not guaranteed.

So, yes, under penalty of perjury Greer most likely admitted to student loan fraud in a court document lmao

Local archive, please? I don't want to sign up or sign in.

Downloading media you have lawful access to has been found non-infringing by SCOTUS in at least one case. Do not share the file. If you do, make sure it's transformative and fair use.

Russ apparently never got his bond back despite what the District court said.
The name got updated.

Now:

The Court also listed it as "pending" but not the actual motion for IFP

The document appears unchanged

This is basically the dumbest thing you can do in an eviction case. Basically admitting you can't pay rent, because you can't even pay the filing fee.

Don't pay rent? You get evicted you fucking retard.
Telling the court you had the money to pay all the rent, from a student loan, in January,But bought a car instead, Might actually be dumber. But we're really getting into deep down bedrock levels of stupid here.

What is this tard even expecting with this bullshit? He's sleeping in his car. Does he think they're really going to just put him back in his tard shack while he continues not to pay rent?
In the make-believe land of undoing the thing that was already done, anything's possible.

Part of me thinks we're just seeing the litigation version of an utter crashout, but I think you're actually correct: the retard thinks the Court is going to say "no, Mr. Landlord, you have to let him squat there until this gets sorted out."

Utter retardation, and I'm here for it.

He didn't get it back yet. Remember, Russell is the centre of the universe and that money should have been in his account instantaneously. Things like processing time and business days do not apply to him.

Does he think they're really going to just put him back in his tard shack while he continues not to pay rent?
Yes.

"I'll pay him back as soon as someone loans me more money!"

I would add commentary, criticism, and/or ridicule. You want to make a product that people are coimg to you for, not a straight replacement.

Note, I'm not a lawyer, so.
Does adding "sue me, nigger" count as transformative commentary?

Does transcribing the audio count as fair use?
That'd typically involve facts that require a jury to determine. You must satisfy all four factors from 17 USC § 107:
  1. The purpose and character of the use, including whether such use is of a commercial nature or is for nonprofit educational purposes;
  2. The nature of the copyrighted work;
  3. The amount and substantiality of the portion used in relation to the copyrighted work as a whole; and
  4. The effect of the use upon the potential market for or value of the copyrighted work.
