I don't like murder but I really do believe the best thing for the world is if James kills himself/has a sudden massive heart attack that kills him quickly so as to minimize the hospital resources he'd use. Anything he consumes is something that could've gone to someone more deserving. Prison isn't cheap.

But otherwise yeah, prison would be the next best thing. While it's not much different than his sedentary lifestyle, he'd no longer be a threat to anyone. He'd be unable to gawk at boobies... In fact the only women he'd ever see would be female law enforcement, and he'd never, EVER even see a child again.
I really hope he dies though, I don't believe anyone would lose sleep if he did.
