🐮 Lolcow Russell Greer / Mr. Green / Russell Greee / Russle / Brothel Prince / @ just_some_dude_named_russell29 / A Safer Nevada PAC - Swift-Obsessed Sex Pest, Convicted of E-Stalking, "Eggshell Skull Plaintiff" Pro Se Litigant, Homeless, aspiring brothel owner

As has been posted upthread, while the uses for Student Loans are fairly broad, using them to purchase a car or a house is expressly verbotten. And this moron just declarred he did so in a sworn court filing. I can't see any way that bites him in the ass. oh and to repeat myself, one of the things allowed by student loads is housing expenses. ie Rent. He used the student loans to purchase the new Greermobile in January 2026. When he had not paid rent since October. Also if he blew his student loans ona car he probably did not pay tuition for the sping semester. Oopsie!

He really is a Fucking Idiot.
It struck me as interesting that he suddenly took an interest in 'going back to school' out of nowhere. He's going to try and hide behind his 'disability' shield again on this purchase.

Is there even any supervising authority that does a cursory check to see if the student loans are being used appropriately, or can anyone pull a Greer and pinky promise they want to graduate and then use the money fraudulently? I'm so sick of hearing this freak, and others, getting away with shit.

someone is only paying off the interest vs the loan itself?

NB, most of the students loan disasters you hear about- "I'VE BEEN PAYING FOR 10 YEARS AND THE PRINCIPLE IS BIGGER NOW THAN WHEN I STARTED!" Usually stems from barista degrees- ones that can only get you a job at Starbucks- leading to low income adjusted payment schemes, which often end up paying less than the interest rate. 6% on 100K is 500 a month just in interest.

Thread Tax: Greer would likely end up in this boat because he is retarded.

I"m fine with Hardin not hammering the brothel thing any further. If it was going to trigger Mormon Rage, it already would have. The judges don't care.
Same for Russell's address. The courts don't care.

Lmao no. Everyone involved knows it's a scam, and they allow student loans to be misused because it still gets them money. It's literally a grift.

I'm confused every student loan I've gotten has gone to the school to pay tuition and fees never to me personally.
It might depend on the source and structure. If you get a $5000 student loan through the usual channels and tuition is $4000, you can get the $1000 difference directly to yourself. If he got one of the sketchier loans, basically a normal personal loan that some bank slapped "for students" on top without really changing the terms, the whole amount might go to him.

I doubt Greer got a proper loan or amount with his background. I also doubt whoever is risky enough to lend to him approved enough money to outright buy a car. He likely had a thousand dollars or so left over, and took out a few hundred for a down payment or first month's lease on a car.

Did we know that Russ' A Safer Nevada PAC has a soundcloud account?

The only thing uploaded:

It's a campaign ad for a PAC, surely he wants it as widely-distributed as possible.
A very boring campaign ad to boot, it's voiced by a (presumably AI) woman.

To avoid lawsuits from a gimpy-faced vexlit, I will keep things general and say the ad has the same unremarkable production quality + tone deafness of the pitch he gave to the West Wendover city council. There is excessive background on prostitution, little attempt to talk about the benefits of having a brothel in West Wendover, and no attempt to address common concerns (e.g. drugs, pimping). We know he couldn't even form a petitioners committee and despite that the ad makes no attempt to tell people interested in supporting where to go/whom to contact.

The only humor comes at the very end where the announcer says (and this is how you know it's a Russtard idea) that A Safer Nevada is proposing to build an "Ancient Roman-style brothel" in West Wendover.

ETA: West Wendover is a small and shrinking town, probably the kind of place where everybody knows each other because few people move in or leave. The lack of local touch in the ad is going to be an unusually bad fit for somewhere like that.

Curious how Greer can't afford filing fees on the 28th of January, but 8 days prior was able to cough up $405 to sue Aguilar over whore votes.
Did you perhaps consider paying $405 towards your rent, instead of suing the Secretary of State of Nevada, Greer?
One way where A.I. could be put to practical use within the legal system would be in flagging inconsistencies in sworn declarations. In the long run it would save time and money and enable a system that is acting in good faith (yeah, I know) to formally recognise potential vexatious litigants at an early stage and address their behaviour.

Greer continually lies or tells half-truths about his circumstances. He is deviously selective when it come paying fees, fines, and now rent. The type of autist who would have the time and the inclination to methodically sort through his bullshit is focused on bringing in the Sweet Gem Berry harvest in Stardew Valley. That is why we need the cold eyes of a machine that can't be bargained or reasoned with. That doesn't feel pity, or remorse, or fear, and that absolutely will not stop to hear your plights ever.

Because of the disorder created by Greer, he experiences consequences as a drip feed - a slow circling of the drain - rather than the rug pull that he richly deserves and which would be in everybody's interests; maybe even his own. When you hit rock bottom you are not supposed to start mining.

as mentioned the scam was/is to overloan (college says "get $2500" and you get the $15,000 max or whatever) and then the college sees an overpayment and refunds it to you

some colleges that actually care about their retard students figured this out and instead of refunding it to you they return it to the processor

There's a rant here about "soft fraud" where the usurer and the usueree conspire to get the usury flowing against the spirit if not the letter of the law - see people deducting home loan interest that wasn't used for purchase or improvement, etc, etc

The jewbank makes money on the loan, they give zero shits if Greer frauds them up, when he fails to pay they'll collect from the unlimited teat of the taxgayer.

You left out the bad breath.

>rock bottom
Rock bottom for Greer was a decade ago. Sooner, even. He probably peaked as a zygote and it was all downhill from there.

After Gree's comment about PlugShare I clicked around the free chargers list on PlugShare in Las Vegas and I didn't see any obviously unhinged Russel Greer style rants, sadly.

That's actually just the audio track from a video on his PAC youtube channel.

I like how he didn't even bother to edit out the parts mentioning the pictures, which you of course can't see on a radio ad.

What math are you using? $10 for a buffet, even one meal every other day (lolwut?) is still $150 a month.

The math from Russ's declaration that he spends $200 on food a month. Of course the problem with this is that there's another declaration where he claims to spend $100 on food each month. It doesn't matter either way because no one is offering $10 buffets in Vegas any more so even trying to only eat every other day would still run over $200.

Not so! Russ could live on bread and water for $55.50 a month!

He could save on the yeast by keeping a sourdough starter in his mouth. That is assuming it could survive whatever else is cultivating in that petri dish of his. Scientists should swab it on the off chance there's a cure for cancer or something like that in there.

Listen, you, AI is threatening enough jobs already as it is. Don't suggest things that are going to put hundreds of Kiwi autists out on the street now too.

Guys, come on. We aren't supposed to be helping Greer!

The above poster is absolutely correct. 72 hour psych holds are a complete myth and Russell will be taken seriously. You need to already be diagnosed as mentally ill or else the authorities will be powerless to detain and transport you to a mental hospital. It's classic double jeopardy and any real lawyer would know that.

It has never been more over!
