Posting Micheal Jackson would be kind of redundant, but I figured I could post some Lolo Ferrari, since I doubt she's well known nowadays:

It's certainly a nice touch that she managed to fuck up her face just as much as she fucked up her tits - she spread out the devastation on her body quite well.

Skin with a lot of melanin just doesn't do that; you can't see through it to the innards.

If only we had a large supply of easily harvestable melanin sources at hand...

I'll never understand having boobs over a certain size. it makes your hips and waist look like a tree trunk. The boobs are so oversized that in proportion, everything else looks crappy. You end up with an inverted triangle shape like a tranny.
In that second pic, do we know why her boobs look so mottled? That's some bizarre coloring. Not enough melanin to cover her entire boobs? Is that a thing that can happen?

Maybe stretch marks. Hard to tell since the photos are shooped. Getting boobs that big is a long precess, starting with an expander and fills every month to stretch the skin. If she's more susceptible to stretch marks, it may give her skin that appearance, especially if she went too fast between fills.

Could just be freckles too, I don't think that photo will give us realistic details.
