With a (questionable) W from James Drake, how would you rate season 5 of Fishtank?

I think you're severely understating how burned a lot of them probably feel after the two failed sieges. Second one was a clear shit-show, but even the Twins went in with him on the first crack and everyone came out looking worse for it. It really isn't a surprise everyone else flipped on him (except for Vimp, that one's just dumb mean girls shit).
He's also simultaneously the most interesting fish because he's completely embraced his role as the goo cook and got Burt and Dumbgay locked in on it, which is super impressive.

Bashir going in was the best thing that could have happened content wise for that goo room.
Honestly it just seemed like some shitry punishment room for production and I assume that was what there intention with burt and Bashir being in there was.
while drake would’ve done the same thing as Bashir and channeled his seethe into goomaxing, I think it’s the fact it’s Bashir specifically that’s made them tard rage about pizzas outside with landon being hyped up by Laura and vimp.
Anybody else and that goo room would have been a flop to watch.

He also would have done literally nothing, not a single batch of goo. It cannot be stated enough how easily Burt is distracted by TTS, or his own thoughts.

Same in S3, Burt was getting stale during the post-Famous House arc but he started trending upwards when Luke came back in.

Burt and Luke as the final 2 in the house when everybody was leaving with Luke following Burt around while Burt took forever to pack, making fun of him the whole time while Burt got annoyed, was such a good moment. They worked so well together.
 
Now that James Drake is in the goo room, production told everyone to stop banging on the door. The reddit fish who is a faggot needed to be coddled harder, so they made it super easy for him.
