before fatrick became the fat punching bag he is, he attacked the funster's subreddit to get it taken down, before going on to lose every legal battle he ever started.

hambly is attacking Kino Casino and did the exact same thing: he's flagging them and getting them taken down in the same way.

we may soon have to seriously consider whether or not there's a Tomlinson Virus that makes people into crazy autistic retards.

The Milwaukee Neighborhood's property prices are kept low by the fact that it's right next to the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee so you need to cater to broke college students. Riverwest is closer to the "North Side people" (as a friend of mine from Milwaukee puts it) and is more liberal yet housing prices are worse. Anything east of N Maryland Avenue is much more expensive.
Another point is that due to very low new apartment construction besides overpriced luxury apartments. The rental market is tight and it's looking like it's gonna spike soon.

It also has very typical Patisms in it like "SWATTed", which can be replicated by a knowing stalker child, but the writing style is very consistent with the butterball. The only thing pointing against it is that it's on Substack and Patty doesn't really post anywhere where he doesn't feel in control like he does on Twatter and Bluesky.

The housing market is crashing almost as bad as 2008. Thankfully there are fewer instances of strippers juggling 5 mortgages, but nobody is able to sell their homes, and in many places it is more expensive to own than to rent. Not that it matters for Pat and Nick since they have no equity in their house
