So I went back through her videos and found the last 3 times she started Weight Watchers.... here is what I found out:
January 2016- she weighed in at 455 and had 75 points

September 2015- she weighed in at 422 and had 64 points


April 2014- she weighed in at 357 and had 50 points


See a pattern here? Everytime she gives up after about 2 weeks and gains it back plus more..... why does she think this time will be any different?

I know nothing about WW but I saw here in the comments an option regarding the lifestyle and I was wondering if she put's like she does have some sort of movement/physical activity on her daily life in order to have all those points? Because it seemed there were many confused people who use WW under her last video. I wouldn't be surprised if she considers going to the kitchen, bathroom or taking twinkie out of her house door for 2 seconds 1 a week something different from what is considered a sedentary lifestyle.

If she is putting herself as anything but sedentary she's a big fat liar. Really, she won't lose a bit of weight if she can't even be honest with herself about how much sitting on her ass she does. If you have a job/lifestyle that has you sitting down for the majority of the day, you have a sedentary lifestyle. She can go for a walk and count that as exercise, but even then it would be stupid to eat back those calories to "make up for it".

I have to agree. I'm not too familiar with how activity effects point amount, but it just seems very plausible that she would believe that she's moderately physically active, just from breaking out into a sweat from getting up off the couch to put a lean cousine in the microwave, or say, using every ounce of muscle and willpower in her body to haul herself back up off the toilet after taking a massive shit.

I just don't understand how someone can repeat the same year over and over. Find a chunky desperate lesbian, go on weight watchers, have drama with "friends," move in after rapidly progressing another toxic relationship, go on weight watchers, gain weight, drama starts with someone who got sick of her bullshit, go vegan, fail after 2 weeks, give up on changing yourself, break up with girlfriend, find a chunky desperate lesbian and rinse and repeat. It's like she's in a fucked up year long groundhog day.

How the fuck can a 26 year old who's documented everything wrong with their lives not see this?! She shouldn't need strangers to point this shit out to her! Just grow the fuck up, Amber!
 
Guys, I know I've mentioned this multiple times but, I'm also on WW and have explained how it works in this thread. Points are based on sex, age, activity level (it goes from basically not moving around at all to highly active), current weight and goal weight. Those calculators you see online are either based on the old point system (the current is SmartPoints) or max out at 500lbs. The actual program's site and app do not have a weight limit when it calculates points. When I used my account/app to figure out where the 84 per day came from, I had to put that I was currently 530. My other statistics are different than hers, other than the fact I'm female, which means her stats would need to be slightly different than mine to get to the 84 points.

The last time she updated her WW account was 41 weeks ago. I'll post the attachments. I can't find her now so she could either be using that account and not posting or has a new account that is private.

I give her a week before she gives up. When I watched her last video I noticed the food she showed wasn't in order. Unless the lighting was super dark where she was when she filmed that chickpea dog food mess, it was night when she ate that and then was suddenly light out again after the next food she showed. Of course it could be an editing fuck up, but I don't believe for a second she is accurately tracking anything. You've got to weigh shit, count it, whatever, just like you do in traditional calorie counting. She eats on paper plates FFS, I don't believe she has a scale or measuring cups.

I give her one week maximum before she stops talking about it and starts showing random fatty foods saying she can because she has a lot of points left and she hasn't eaten all day. This last one I guess it might happen this weekend already.

I hope to heaven she isn't manipulating the scale. That would be even more awful for her. Believe it or not, I do still want the best for her. I think we all wish she would stick to her diet and do something for herself for a change. I tend to not make fun of her weight, because it seems that would be similar to making fun of an emaciated heroin addict. I just really don't like her lies and her personality now that she's so fake. My hope is that she reads here and realizes that her life could be so much better. It's all very sad.
 
I saw her Malibu rum in the fridge door. I wonder how she's going to handle her alcohol intake. She won't lose a pound if she keeps hittin' the ol bottle! I would imagine some of her binges result from drinking. Isn't that when most people eat crap??
I hope she'll "get it" before it's too late but that's doubtful.

She's probably someone who doesn't even consider alcohol in calculating her daily calories. Even non-flavored hard liquor can really add up if you're careless with it.

For people of normal, and even a little bit above normal weight, it's usually not a big deal. But even something like unflavored vodka has almost 70 calories per ounce, and it probably takes her quite a bit to get nice and buzzed (and we all know she isn't drinking anything unflavored)

So...she was on WW twice as a preteen/teen, then 3 times as documented on these videos. This time makes it her 6th try doing WW.

It would be nice if when she cooked she would show everything weighed and measured first and would actually use some WW recipes. When she poured that turkey/chickpea concoction out on the plate it was so horrifying...portion control is not on her radar.

It would be new content at least. She could do a dollar store haul with tools like measuring cups and making portioned snack baggies, etc... But I doubt she'd be able to utilize even feigning proactively for very long. (Not even considering the program at all)

On day 14 after starting that IG account she said she was still binge eating and that WW was going to save her life. Fast forward 1.5+ years and she's bigger than ever.
She has quit WW every single time she's done it. It's always the same thing every single time. She talks about how awesome it is and it works and she's excited. Then a week or so later she'll go on and on about how the program just isn't for her and she feels triggered because she's having to eat so much and she'll profess that she's going to either do intuitive eating or calorie counting (which she'll then drop after saying it's just not for her, either). Seriously, for those that have been around for a long time with this woman have been through this exact same cycle several times. It's exhausting.
 
As much as I can't stand Amber, I'll give her enough credit to say I don't think she's "manipulating" the scale. She's much too retar.ded to do anything like that.

if you look at the zoomed in shot of her scale it says "max 500lbs" so who knows if it is even really capable of measuring within say 10lbs accuracy at that high of a weight.

this whole thing is a foolish charade anyways. She weighs roughly 480lbs. 20lbs is like 4% difference. That's jack shit. Compared to a normal person where 20lbs would be like 12-15% of their weight.

when you're talking about a super obese like AL the usual "oh I could stand to lose 20lbs" hardly even applies. To lose 10% of her body weight she'd need to lose 48lbs. Fuck, even if she lost 50% of her weight, 240lbs, she'd still be mordidly obese at her height. Not that it wouldn't come with a shit load of benefits, health, appearance and mobility wise, but it puts things in perspective.

I've said it a few times but her eating, really any super obese person's eating, is so fucked up from even just the average overweight desk worker, that it will take SERIOUS adjustments to even realize what eating like a normal person feels like.

that's why her binge video was so stupid. that's a NORMAL day for her, fuck, it might have even been a light day, assuming she didn't really sneak in a bunch of candy like we all see floating around her house. look at the way she pounds that pasta down in her moookbongs, like she eats like a person literally starving just piling it as high as she can on the fork before barely chewing and just inhaling it. and that's IN FRONT OF A CAMERA. like, how does she eat when she's a lone? does she literally just mainline the calories into her gut without chewing?

she is so far gone and is at the end stage of her obesity one way or another. she either changes within the next few years or she's bed bound at 30 with serious chronic illness. Look at Boogie FFS, he wasn't even as fat as her in his 20s and he's 46 now and probably is not going to make 50 and has had incredible amount of hospital miracles just to have made it this far without an amputation or two.
 
Wanted to let everyone know that honestly prayed for my sister, I received a letter from my sister recently and She is Cancer Free !!!!!

Unfortunately, this does mean that AL will further delay sending a letter now. As @cursebreaker has said pages ago, AL using the excuse to not write her mom is because she missed visits when she was 13 is now even more pathetic when you consider that AL didn't visit even ONE TIME after finding out her mom had cancer. And worse, she couldn't write and send ONE SINGLE LETTER to her. But her mom, who had to struggle through cancer, was able to write and send a letter to a family member. Fucking hell.

I was checking out that old Instagram of hers (a couple good full body shots there for those that want to see those) and she said she was a CNA at the nursing home? I thought you needed a specific training program for that. I figured if that was the case she would have been milking that under education credentials. I was under the impression she was more working in the EVS/housekeeping category. Or something that needed no certifications.
