Nick is going to bring up Aaron's comment about "holding the ball and running out the clock" with the court. This is probably proof that Aaron was the one delaying things in the case.

Nick was unaware of the Barneswalker's injury. Because of his pain, he has not been working as Nick's attorney. Nick was completely unaware of this. Nick is not happy about that.

Everything about the continuince was Barneswalker Junior's fault. He made all the mistakes related to the scheduling of the hearing versus Hackamania. AND IT WAS THE COURT's FAULT TOO for not involving Nick more.

Its unfair to Nick that so much of the hearings are happening in chambers. He doesn't know why the judge would be doing that because he doesn't know anything about courts.

Nick wants to be in chambers but the judge is now allowing it. Nick wants to negotiate personally over the settlement in the judge's chambers rather than his lawyers doing that. The lawyers are not following Nick's instructions.

Nick thinks that the court is biased in favor of Aaron's attorney because his attorneys are from the local area and appear in front of the judge all the time.

Nick claims that the judges & prosecutors in his family and criminal court cases knew that he was a very credible guy because of his local legal history. Nick tells a story about him making a speech in front of the prosecutor about how Nick had lines that he would not allow the prosecutors to cross with his kids. And then the family court case ended.

He references without naming them the GAL and talks about how he told the prosecutor "you know me" and the prosecutor switched to Nick's side against the GAL in family court and then the family court case ended. That was a new one.

Patrick Melton's Back Pain

Patrick Melton has been in pain for weeks. He can't sit down (thought he was sitting down at Hakamania for two shows).
Nick personally talked to Dr. Steve. Dr. Steve is legitimate medical care. If you know a doctor, they can be your doctor and Dr. Steve was Melton's private doctor.

Dr. Steve is also a CEO which makes him even better. He wrote the letter about melton on CEO letterhead.

Aaron's attorney said he couldn't verify Dr. Steve's medical credentials in court. The attorney called the letter into question. The attorney accused Patrick Melton of fraud and forgery according to Nick. Nick says thats crazy. And the judge "wanted to control reality with words" by trying to make Melton attend.

Nick was willing to testify in court about Dr. Steve's letter. The judge strongly advised him not to do it because he would be subject to examination and cross-examination. The judge attempted to explain why it wasn't in Nick's interest to do that.

Aaron's attorney has accused Patrick Melton of a felony and contempt of court according to Nick with no basis. There will be consequences.

Nick only asked for one delay in the case. His lawyers may have asked for delays without his knowledge, but that was the fault of his lawyers. They don't communicate with him properly.

Nick claims that Aaron's monday suit was his wedding suit. More joker laughs. Aaron claimed that he didn't have time to change clothes. But Nick points out that the hearing ended at 4;30pm and Aaron had plenty of time to change before his 6pm show. Nick then brings out wedding photos of Aaron. He brags about all the different pictures of Aaron's suit he has.

But big-brain Nick had a theory. Aaron wanted to be complemented by his audience and be told by his audience how much better he wears a suit than Nick.

This is real stalker shit at this point.

Nick then talks about how much better his court suit was than the one Aaron wore. But its Aaron that is totally obsessed with trying to look better than Nick in a suit. He is totally fucking losing his mind.

And Nick loves the cuffs of his special suit. He had limited options for court because he only had the FIVE SUITS he brought to Las Vegas.

One of the big themes tonight was trying to change the record on him being responsible for all the delays in the case. And the story as it evolved tonight is that Aaron, Aaron's attorney, Nick's attorney and the judge were all responsible for delaying the case against Nick's wishes. Nick further makes all sorts of accusations against his own attorneys to the effect that they were repeatedly delaying the case without informing him.

There is something really wrong with him now. Seriously wrong. The joker laughs, the super-villianish bragging about his evil schemes before the fact (such as his plan to act like a child on the witness stand in June), the reckless way he is talking about people, the weird theories about Aaron's behavior and the depth of his new generation of lies about himself.

He really seems to be losing it. Maybe its just exhaustion from the vegas trip and lack of sleep on monday. Maybe he got away with being on uppers all weekend because of his prescriptions that let him pass the drug test. But he is borderline deranged right now.

Mama K made clear on tonight's Meme Copium stream that her big concern with Nick is not just him doxing her, but using that to look up criminal cases where she testified and then using that as revenge fodder. It's unclear if these cases are related to her childhood or the more recent adult issues Nick was sleazily insinuating during tonight's stream.

Given he's spent the last year+ narrating Kurt's shitty cooking videos in search of any small amount of petty vengeance, her fear seems entirely justified.

Unfortunately, since he's already got her license plate and has tasked Dabble-retards with unearthing her details, it's probably only a matter of time before he gets them and start's doing a nightly Mama K's cooking traumatic court testimony segment.

An HRO might stop him from harassing her (given how unhinged he's getting, it's probably the smart play), but it would also likely stop her from covering Nick's legal shenanigans, which would suck.

I think it's a bit more. Aaron took a picture of Kayla. And while Nick is a complete cuck, he didn't know about the pic. When they investigated what pic was sent, Nick couldn't describe it. He had never seen it. It wasn't something sent on signal. He didn't know it existed. In his weird pee-brain, Kayla cheated more with the secret picture than she did by fucking Aaron. He was blindsided. As long as he knew the extent, he was okay. Once he learned Kayla kept things from him, he went on a hunt to find other stuff she kept from him. It drove him to searching Aaron's accounts, etc. And he became obsessed with Aaron and hated him for it.
