No amount of rehab, detox or therapy can fix what isn't there. Some people take abuse or react to drugs so badly and in the wrong time in their lives and it breaks everything to the point where it's useless and they're who give things like rehab and therapy reputations of being Mickey Mouse industries.

As people have said, neither Ralph or Scarlett can face being alone and they'll end up in some abusive mutually parasitic marriage. Ralph can call Scarlett clingy because he's exactly the same. They need each other to fill the gap in each other souls despite the other having little left of one to share.

After a career of drugs and degenerate porn, she will absolutely more than likely OD or kill herself like many before her.

The only other possible outcome I can see is after one too many ass beatings by Ralph, maybe she'll pull a Horse, runaway, and go dark. But highly highly unlikely with how attention dependant she is and her boomer dad is her only lifeline that we know of.

This gem of a video from Ralph’s twitter. In it he admits being blackout drunk is the reason he misses flights. Scarlett idiotically overflows her coffee brand coffee cup. Ralph laughs in a way that I find very humorous. Oh yeah and they’re doing all of this they’re doing this in front of people.
