It is funny how often Nick has to explain the pitfalls of drug testing and false positives to various governmental workers.

First about his daughter testing so high that her numbers exceeded the scale, which he has been coping about ever since.
Now about that he had to educated the PO about his job and the reality of false positives.

Nick really thinks he is the expert on every topic and everyone else is just around to be lectured.

I do. He did drugs during a period he thought he wouldn't be tested, they surprised him with a test, and the PO was enough of a pussy to be persuaded by Nick saying "that's clearly a false positive"

From what little I've been able to gather from his inane ramblings he's basically arguing he didn't miss a test because they didn't properly inform him one was due. Why that would suddenly be an issue after all his previous testing is of course never explained.
