Frankly I think it's as simple as he's just playing with his friends money, and he's not rich. He really seems proud of being "Rolex wealthy" (when he's not UNDER ATTACK and needs your coffee purchases, that is). He took 300K mortgage on his house and 80K loan on his personal credit card to fund the coffee empire. Luther couldn't find any "food manufacturer" named coffee brand coffee in Utah or Wisconsin, and I couldn't find it in Phoenix AZ. Other addresses lead to dead ends and virtual mailbox.

What is confirmed: He did used Millcreek coffee roasters in the past for his coffee (that's where the Utah address lead to).
He then claimed that all the stuff happens in Wisconsine (that's the virtual mailbox).
Luther e-mailed and asked where does the coffee ship from, the reply was Phoenix AZ (I searched the Yellow Pages and found nothing).
What Luther speculates:
Jeremy was probably using Player One Coffee (Same guy who owns Meta PC, friends with Jer).
Around a year ago, Player One Coffee shut down (speculation because they stopped advertising).
He took that loan to probably buy all the equipment to keep going (reviews from the time suggest a big drop in K cups quality).
