There's a distinction between being too autistic to understand how one's verbal arguments will be received in a courtroom (and keep in mind he doesn't really care about the protective order anyways), and how one might react to being faced with a direct threat of physical violence.
I'd bet everything I own that the second Andrew were to be actually confronted with the scenarios he's talking tough about, he'd be terrified, his confidence would immediately melt away and he'd shut down and be unable and unwilling to fight it.

What about when his friends learn about what you've done and then you've got a group of thugs out for your blood? Do you think you could handle five or six dudes? And don't forget that if you kill someone, your prison sentence will probably be lengthened quite a bit. The longer you spend in the slammer, the less time you have for stalking tamar and working minimum wage jobs.

Okay, you keep going on about how you can win any fight because you're willing to go to "extreme lengths". You know what, sure, let's pretend that logic works and that's how you win fights. Isn't the person you're fighting just as likely, if not more so, to also be willing to go to extreme lengths in a fight? I mean, look at they're willing to do now. You can't even go to the extreme length of getting a job so Tamar will dump her current bankroll and become a drain on your wallet for however many months you could support her.

Most of those prisoners have "gone to extreme lengths" Andy. Killers, gangsters, and madmen would be your peers. Plus, since you would be the new guy, you probably lack their muscle strength given that the slammer offers yard activities including gym equipment as one of the few activities available.

Right but my point is that most children are not extreme enough to murder someone. But this one was. So with that type of extremeness, you could kill anyone even at the age of 5.
