She asked him to stop harassing her, and he definitely would have done so if he had been harassing her. He was wooing her, though, and she didn't ask him to stop doing that.
 
Before the charges, Russell was also posting "Having to hire a mediator because we can't solve our problems like adults 🙄" and claims it was only Skordas who made her "go for the jugular" and press criminal charges.

What was there to mediate? She was Chad's girlfriend, not Russell's, so what settlement did he expect? An agreement for them to share her every other day? A mediator couldn't give Russell what he wanted, an enforceable contract to make Erika his girlfriend, or give Erika what she wanted, a restraining order against Russell.

He wanted a chance to explaaaaaaaain. He felt if he could just explaaaaaaaaaaain his plights, Eirka would fall head over heels in love with him and ditch Chad. Mediation, and secondarily a jury trial, was supposed to give him that chance.

Since I joined KF around the time of the Byuuicide/extortion event, I am not 100% on the details of this. How did Crusty get fixated on her in the first place? What in the world was he thinking if she already had a boyfriend (ironically named Chad)? What did he think he was going to get from harassing and stalking this poor woman? Why didn't Chad just pound his ass into the dirt? Did he feel bad that Greeee is retarded/deformed and didn't want to get a rep for beating a retard senseless?

I have heard of this situation before with single women and mentally ill/obsessed men, but women that have boyfriends already are rarely targets unless the guy is truly unhinged (which might explain Greeee's inability to take a fucking hint).

He was thinking he was much better than Chad and she should ditch Chad to be with him. He normally gets bitter, clingy, and angry whenever a woman he follows on Instagram shows off a boyfriend/husband. The fact Erika was showing him attention meant he thought he had a chance to convince her to leave Chad.

Any psychologist worth their degree would love to dissect Russell's mind to learn how he ticks. Russell has some aspects of psychopathy; he doesn't seem to feel empathy or guilt, has no real attachment to anyone, and is narcissistic, dishonest, and manipulative. However, his low intelligence hampers his ability to manipulate people into doing what he wants.

He thought he could manipulate her away from Chad, but was too stupid to do so.
 
Everytime Erika is brought up, I immediately think of Erika Kirk, because she's the only Erika I know who spells her name that way, and the mental image of Erika Kirk turning down Russell Greer is too funny to repress.

I do not know about "assault," but I know there is one case that is sealed with a protective order: Adkins v. Greer. We only know about this because Fremantle dug it up. Russell harassed a whore (Tara Adkins), up to using his birth name to trick her or otherwise get around some restriction. She went to court and got a restraining order on him for a year.

I've been thinking a lot about Russel Greer's car that he has supposedly bought using student loans. I think he didn't actually buy a car but instead is just renting it but he doesn't want to admit that publicly because he doesn't want to admit to renting a car that he uses to do doordash/uber.

Also do we know or have any evidence as to what type of car he drives/bought?
