Oh, it's back up again. When I think of Chris Chan, "fresh" is not a word that comes to mind. I highly doubt he can deliver on that freshness guarantee.

im wondering how many times he relists his drawing before he learns that no sane person is going to spend 1000 dollars on something a five year old could draw in 5 minutes
Never. He'll eventually figure out that he won't get a real bid though. Not because he's asking too much, not because his art sucks, not because of anything he's done, but because trolls. Then he'll act as if he's punishing the world for no longer allowing anyone to purchase his masterpiece.
Edit: Chris is now having his artwork straight up insulted in his facebook comments but doesn't even remove them. He's either too enthralled with the prospect of possibly getting paid to read them or they just don't register in his brain. Before that he was getting people who were being a bit more polite in regards to why his artwork wouldn't sell for what he wants. Chris is truly an amazing person.
His ability to not listen or learn from his mistakes is just jaw dropping. I assume it part of the autism.
Semi-Off Topic, but it is Lego-related.
Is there a GameStop near Chris? Maybe he can get his Lego fix there this weekend.

Chris, sweetie, I'm pretty sure your name has no business even being in the same SENTENCE as the word "straight".
Actually you can create more if you wanted. The video is still unfinished and I want to add more to it.
So I come back to this discussion to see that Chris accepted $1000 for his shitty re-color? I would be very surprised if it falls through, plus it would be a kick in the teeth for real, talented struggling artists who put their stuff out for sale.
So what happened is this. First time he listed it he "got" about 10,000+ dollars in "bids". Second time he got to about 13k or so. Third time he didn't have bids at all, he just had the Buy It Now (or BIN) for 10,000; then he lowered it to 5,000 with the ability to Make An Offer (or MAO). Lots of people (about 30 or so) made offers that were automatically denied because they were in the couple dollars range or weren't anywhere near what Chris thought he had earned. He then took the thousand dollar offer because he realized, after 30 some offers, that a thousand bucks was all he was going to get and with that money he could buy a LEGO set or two from his wish list. But, because it was a MOA bid, it didn't require PAYMENT NOW; it was an offer between buyer and seller. So it fell threw (of course). Chris has now relisted for the (second) "last time" at $1,000 BIN because someone offered it before, so obviously that's what he was promised. But now it's a BIN so anyone who wants to troll can't because it's a pay right now type of thing; Chris has even removed the ability to make offers (probably was told by his 'friends' that this was the way it needed to be).So I come back to this discussion to see that Chris accepted $1000 for his shitty re-color? Certainly they have art that's much more worthy of getting money.
yea sooner or later eBay is going to suspend his account, but who knows... surely hes gotten a few warnings,

The whole thing really reminds me of the "BUY BEER FOR COLE SMITHY" thing. Perhaps the two are closer then was once thought.

I wonder if that's what's moving Chris into doing all this. He is competing with his half-brother on eBay?

Aw, I kind of wish I knew where the Sonichu plushies I made a few years back were now. I never thought to share them. Hand-sewery is kind of a hobby of mine. It has much more character than those blocky, low-resolution machine-sewn plushies.
TBH even if Chris listed the picture for a decent price (like $30) I wouldn't bid because Chris has no concept of privacy and I'd be worried about him dropping my dox. I live in the same vague area of Australia Chris thinks PandaHalo is from and it wouldn't surprise me if since I'm female and from that area he'd assume I'm a troll and drop my dox on facebook.
Then again, he probably doesn't even remember PandaHalo.
