HE'S GOT NO JURY!
HE'S GOT ALL COSTS!
HE'S ALREADY LOST!

Why? They were never actually engaged since Greer wouldn't pony up his half of the arbitration fee.
I just remember than being involved but didn't realize it ended because of that.
You know Greee is going to file a motion claiming exactly this.

Is this actually better than the motion for summary judgment we were expecting? We won't get to see the discovery materials, which will likely be extensive and hilarious.

Lame. ViaTron had a rock-solid SJ win.

Does arbitration rule on the legal merits, like determining if a contract existed at all? Or are they not allowed to toss Greer out completely, and have to give him some kind of consideration?
This is probably the best possible result for Viatron. There might be other also cheap options they could explore, but something like this is probably for the best. It would cost more to fight this lawsuit than what they'll lose if anything so it is the correct business decision.

If you feel sad consider that we may get plightsperging in the future if the arbitration doesn't go Greer's way. Imagine him filing a motion complaining about how Arbitration cheated him out of 200k and a suck him his penis of choice. You know Greer is imagining to himself right now that he is going to get that 200k get that brothel and get endless amounts of prostitutes that love him. Imagine what will happen when that fantasy isn't fulfilled.
The thread of Hardship intimidated Greer into accepting arbitration.
I'm not familiar with the specifics of arbitration but from what I understand its a smart move. It takes advantage of Greer's fantastical thinking. He can't think realistically so he can be tricked into doing things that any sane rational person wouldn't do because he imagines it will work out for him.

Pretty big W for Greer here. He'll get to negotiate a settlement in private, get paid (and laid?), and be able to keep everything in a nice non-disclosure. He might even be able to silence the evil Kiwi Farms from talking about it and delete all records since they are no seale and per-NDA and Hardin is KiwiFarms.

This specially plays to Greer's on true strength in his charisma and negotiation skills. He will not have his case ruled against him on the merits by an partial judge, but will be rewarded for his plights by an impartial third party who will let him explain

What are you even talking about? What possible conflict of interest? It's JAMS. It's the largest arbitration organization in the United States. Are you seriously suggesting that if they do one case involving someone they are then forever barred from ever doing another case involving them again? That's retarded.
Stop guaranteeing a Greer COI motion.

Just like how he blew his IFP status in Greer v. Moon, despite Judge Bowtie giving him an off-ramp that could be seen from space.
Between this and the end of the bodycam lawsuit, we are going to be starved for content. Acerthorne needs to step up his game!
If things get desperate, U_M can just lock Greer v. Moon again. That usually brings forth some funny.
