At the risk of being redundant (and certainly very late), it drives me absolutely *crazy* how he always refers to Rose as "the Rose person", as if he STILL has no idea who she is. It's such a shit lie. Destiny is a prime example of someone who can only say what he does because he's communicating through a one way mirror. Anyone who challenges him is just steamrolled because DDG is so big and brainrotted.

He had the opportunity to tell Pixie that he had shared the video with a fan. If he genuinely believed he had permission to share it, why didn’t he just say so? Pxie saying no one knows EITHER on my end. I trust and believe you? It's obvious what the greater context of that statement is.

Well, the Discord DMs seem to show otherwise. Pixie explicitly says, "I'd rather deny it and keep that private between us," while discussing having sex. That's pretty straightforward.

Why would she insist on keeping their sexual activities strictly private, and say things like "no one knows on my end" yet supposedly be okay with him sending sex tapes featuring her face to someone he had just met online?

It's blatantly obvious what happened here, which is why Destiny never addresses the actual case. He sticks to personal attacks, conspiracy theories, and irrelevant catfish stories. The reality is: he sent the videos to someone he believed to be Rose a teenager, just days after first talking to them and Pxie did not even know let alone consent to it.

The only real question (in federal court) is whether he shared the videos before the relevant statute of limitations took effect.

My totally immoral action is totally fine because I did it before they passed a law for that exact specific immoral act.

Destiny isn't trying to be a researcher, though. Wikipedia is a perfectly fine source if you want to get a framework for a topic as long as you find more credible sources to build upon it. Destiny's notes suck because they are poorly formatted and his ideas that he develops are shit.

The peacocking from DGJeets is particularly funny since Destiny spent his entire career bemoaning leftists for constantly bragging about how many books they've read. Tons of them had meltdowns over Finkelstein too, saying that they've lost faith in universities because he's allowed to be a professor. They'd have to agree that researching something isn't impressive enough if your ideas end up being shit anyway.

There's nothing particularly wrong with organizing a bunch of Wikipedia (and hopefully other websites) footnotes but if your conclusion is to seriously entertain the idea that Hamas are extracting sugar from cookies to make evil terrorist rockets, I'm going to laugh at you for being a retard. There is no point in these notes pages from Destiny if they just link back to wikipedia. it just makes it more annoying since if you are you want to reference the interviews, articles, statements, etc actually say you have to go to wikipedia then click on the source link. Waste of time to have notes pages like these. Not to mention you are just going by whatever the wikipedia editor is saying about the sources which as others have said can be really hit or miss..

Bullet points are fine, you just need the some direct links to what those bullet points are talking about.

Tiny is saying here that there being humans necessarily entails that they emerged from human DNA. This is false because it is possible for there to be humans that did not emerge from human DNA. Hey Sexpestiny, whats the contradiction entailed by there being humans that did not emerge from human DNA?

Now, does anyone think Sexpestiny will admit this error and/or answer the question above? I'm not holding my breath.
 
This was one of the only debates I seriously watched featuring Destiny before and I think it speaks perfectly to how Destiny is only a liberal of convenience. And it's oddly relevant to the consent topic.


He never actually makes a point and just dodges with analogies and appeals to people's moral intuition and notions of digust. We all know Steven would never appeal to people's intuition when it comes to him though; would anyone bat an eye if some raped pedophile got curb stomped? My moral intuition had me lacing up my boots before I even considered otherwise.

If someone's consent can be overridden by the collective's intuitive disgust then why shouldn't Destiny be found guilty as a rapist would be my question.

He said depositions are scheduled for April 27th, 29th, and 30th.

Also, he's hopeful the case will be dismissed by the end of May. Reveals he lost Ground News as a sponsor when lawsuit dropped. Says he's just waiting for the lawsuit to be over so he can finally pursue politics properly. Going to re-apply for youtube monetization in 4 days.

I'm really hoping that we do not live in a world where him possibly "winning" this lawsuit would in any way, shape, or form improve his image.

He's trying to create this illusion that Rose was someone he could justify sharing material with because they were so close. We now know this isn't true, and he's shifted from "well we were super close" to "they were selling nudes on twitter so I trusted them by default".

The reality is most people either don't care enough to look into anything about him, or just don't give a shit. He's been openly harassing Pxie and other people on his twitter account for a while now, people just scroll past it.
