Regarding an AK in 5.56 "the round wasn't designed for the AK" well no fucking shit? If you're buying an AK you're either shooting 7.62 or 5.45. Apparently 5.45x39 just doesn't exist for this retard? Somehow having an AK in 5.56 means it can't be shorter? So go 5.45 you fuckwit. Also apparently brass cased 7.62x39 costs 30-60% more than brass cased 5.56, because he wants to run brass 7.62 for some fucking reason, but this is worth crying about repeatedly. Apparently this "massive" price difference in ammo means an AK owner won't shoot as much as an AR owner? Fuck, I know people that shoot .308 more often than fucking 5.56. Up your financial game and stop buying dumb flappy hinged AK bullshit maybe?
Back to crying about the one fucking rivet he could fix for $10 at harbor freight.
Says some gay shit about his WASR 10 costing "1000 bottlecaps" DOLLARS. What a fucking retard.
"then you have to get an optics mount and change the furniture if you so choose" You need a mount for a fucking AR unless it's integrated, and just don't choose to change the furniture then? That's not suddenly free on an AR.
Concentricity? WHAT?
Still crying about being poor and the cost of guns, compares some high end $2700 AK build to a fucking PSA AR?
Being able to swap uppers on an AR is "where you make your money for modularity" What fucking uppers are you swapping around? A .22lr? A bolt action .50bmg? Whines about patterns of AK.
Claims he shoots 1-2 MOA all day... bullshit. Maybe shooting off of a fucking table. Points out 2-4 is the government standard... yes it is. 2-4 at the best for most AKs... even if you're shooting 5MOA, out to 300 meters, that's still 15 inches. The standard is up to 4 for a MAN sized target center of mass at 300 meters. That means the 5MOA gun is as long as it's zeroed correctly will still hit the fucking target. What does the US army say about this in appendix E-22?
Oh wait, that's a 6MOA threshold with a 4MOA objective. Not 4 then 2, fucking 6 then 4. What the fuck are you doing that you need to have a 1MOA carbine from 100-300 meters? Specifically a(his words) "life or death situation" so not competitive shooting.
A better shooter with a 7.62x39 could be beat by a worse shooter with a 5.56... sure but what is this better or worse level of measurement? Power level being over or under 9000? Someone who actually shoots instead of crying about the cost of brass 7.62 and has been training for 20 years is going to outperform someone who picked up their AR in 5.56 yesterday. But so fucking what?
Claims that it's easier to become proficient swapping mags in an AK than an AR, but somehow you "lose" that with an AK? Talks about zeroing the irons on an AK, but then compares that to mounting an optic on an AR? These are not the same thing. I've also seen people fuck up mounting optics on an AR. Somehow it's more difficult to just use the optic mount that his WASR already has and insists you need a stupid hinged dust cover again? Stop with the fucking hinge. Just use the fucking side mount that's already there.
Apparently you need to go to an "expert" to check barrel concentricity to prevent baffle strikes again. But this is also a "man" who can't figure out a fucking rivet, or how to use an AK optic mount. Whines about an AK being 7-8 pounds... oh no an AR is 6-7! That pound is going to make all the difference in the world! Oh wait, his AR no longer weighs 6.5 pounds with all of that shit on it either. Apparently an AK needs to weigh 10 pounds now.
Whines about AKs not being reliable... well sure if you keep bolting on retarded shit. And no, not everything on an AR is "drop-in"
