He's not untalented but everything she makes is tainted by this awful fetish for gross dirty mouths and teeth. So all of this stuff can be labelled under fetish art which makes the endless lists of pronouns of all varieties make more sense

It is a common thing for fetish artists to make the object of their obsession ultra exaggerated to the point it is gross. I've seen enough fat fetish art of women so disgustingly fat they should not be able to move along with exaggerated filth and body odor. Same applies to a lot of people that are terminally into their fetish: whatever they like it must be ramped up to 20 and look really freaky.

I certainly can say that this person has their strong points (coloring wise they are solid) but i agree with the teeth. Plus, i bet i can draw better thands than that. They look like fucking mutant crabs

I will say that i initially thought those were cow ears. They look nothing like octoling ears. Way too long and spiky. And the piercings don't help with that impression.

Also, that fat distribution and anatomy is atrocious. I said it in anothe thread but fat women without tits is the saddest fate a woman can experience. Plus, the hips (very badly done) and the belly are horrific. One of the first things you learn when you draw fatties is that a fat belly is not perfectly round and that in the torso (between the chest and the belly) there is a "semi fat" area that acts as a slope.

To add to this: for those that are not aware, Inklings and Octolings don't actually have ears while in their humanoid forms, just small appendages to the sides of their heads that resemble ears. In reality those are their fins, with Octolings having asymmetrical ears because the concave one is meant to be their octopus syphon.

This is one of the many ways you can tell someone has played the games and has read/cares about the lore Vs. someone who just draws these characters for fandom clout. If you ever see people drawing Inklings with elf ears that have all the elf details, for example, they haven't played the games and are just assuming they're humans with funny haircuts.​

It's something that I see all the time and it's always bothered me. Despite that, I've never really posted that kind of art here since I don't know if I'd consider it "SJW".

The game does have a very simple art-style, but it is heavily implied that the game's main race , the "Raposa", are meant to be humanoid, "kemonomimi"-type characters. You see this fact featured in a lot of older art from the late-2000's to early-2010's:



Despite this, once it reached Tumblr, a majority of the fan-art became people depicting the Raposa as these furry, "skrunkly-little creatures™" :

In this case i think i can add a thing that stems from my days in D&D. SJWs and leftoids like characters the less human they look. It's a reason why in fantasy and such they go for races that look the least human (like Tieflings). Trannies are the worst offenders in this regard since they gravitate towards weird and dysgeninc characters.

I believe this trend of making characters look less human stems from that. They like something and they adapt it to their tastes when they know they are not fully human.

I think a lot of it stems from a popular tumblr post (this shit always does...) where the OP was like "I wish there were more alien designs that weren't just humans in face paint, but were actually more alien!" or something along those lines. Basically the idea that any alien race would even remotely resemble humans was laughed at, and any character that isn't 100% human had to have at the very least, elf ears, if not also pointy teeth, more furry features, droopy ears, or other weird ugly shit in the name of being cosmically diverse. It's like every SJW/leftoid school of thought; decent enough initial premise, taken to insane extremes.

I can't be sure, but I don't think they did that. The tangents with the claw and the wings and the way the far limb seems to merge into the wing membrane makes me think it's AI. Plus it seems much higher skill and detail than their usual work.

Depends. Trannies tend to go for female Tieflings much like in WoW they go for female Draenei. If female satyrs were a thing i bet they would also go for those. They also really like female goblins.

Have a changeling character whose appearance and presentation aligns with their gender. Even though they have no qualms about being other people entirely and comfortably pull the act off, they don't just give themselves opposite genitals or whatever.

Even better have the changeling choose the most normie white or ambiguously brown faces/fantasy races as their preferred presentation.
