Meanwhile modern media has women/browns being heroes and winning because they are women/browns. They cant even do a heroes journey because a journey of improvement would require them to be flawed to begin with and modern women and browns cant be shown as flawed.
Tying it back to Iran, we wont see media showing the heroic rescue of the pilot. Unless the pilot is black or a woman. No role models to be presented to young men by western media.

That's gotta be coming back cus I don't see a single barrel or any other receptacle in the beds of those pickups. And all those trucks can maybe carry 2-3,000 55-gallon barrels total. Browns are not good at basic tasks like properly arranging and securing cargo so more like the lower end. It would take high hundreds to a thousand convoys that size every day to replace sea exports
I'm sure Trump is appreciative the IRGC is letting him know the blockade is working, and about how long it will be before their oil industry and economy go over the edge

The Enforcer is crashing out hard over Trump's inaction on the Iran war.
Says the oil situation is more urgent that the US knows and that it will take some time for prices to go down even if the Strait reopens due to mine clearing, backlog and logistics. Every day that Trump waits for a retarded deal that Iran will never make is time for them to lay mines, dig out missiles and prepare for the next confrontation. Time is on Irans side here, not the worlds. Europe will start feeling the crunch. While I hate Euros and think they are gay and weak, the downstream economic effects will go from bad to worse by the end of May.
Every weekend that passes is another 5 business days before Iran estimates we will strike again because of muh stocks. Says its time for action and I agree here, the gay note-passing with the Pakis for izzat has done nothing but waste time at this point.
Another point of contention hes mad about is the blackout or blurring of American bases on Google Earth, Apple maps, Planet, Airbus and Maxar for damage assessments. This one I agree with because you cannot make the claim that it about preventing Iran from seeing things because the Chinese and Russia are more than happy to sell the IRGC high quality satellite images for cheap. Its only done so Americans cannot accurately report or access damage done to bases for our own propaganda value. I expect the FOIA people to file things if they haven't already. The argument that it could prevent a lone wolf attack is bs too because anyone who has the means to attack is going to get their supplies from IRGC proxies. A week delay for updates is understandable, a total blackout is not.
The other point he makes is that the US and Israel are not prepared for an FPV drone war at all and that the US should help build a stronger relationship with heckin' Ukraine and not push them away. This one Im not so concerned about because Israel is the one getting blown up in Lebanon with FPVs and the US has total air control over Iran. This would only become an issue in a protracted ground war but the point does stand that the US is not prepared at all for a drone heavy Ukraine type battlefield.

Trump however is not operating on that level of analysis. He does not care if Europe and Japan run out of jet fuel and a billion jeets and Africans face a calorie deficit due to a failed harvest from fertilizer shortages. Trumps analysis is based aolely on the internal pain tolerance of America.
And America, unlike Europe, has been preparing for a total loss of middle eastern oil for half a century now. The current situation does suck for North America, but it does not suck so much as to create an existential problem. America can absorb this level of suck indefinitely.
Europe though? Oh no. They cannot. There are not enough windmills in the world that can spin them out of this crisis.

So yes to the first part but no to the second.
We have a bigger problem than just "can we get oil". The 2nd order effects of all the shit we rely on others for that relies on middle east oil is fucking stupid. Yes its also a knock on effect of globalism and its horseshit but its also true. We can hang on this level of suck for a while - longer than the EU can and longer than a few other places. But not indefinitely and Id argue not even in a realistic long term. (FWIW most of what Im seeing is bad now but shit wont hit the fan till June -ish)
But if you meant we're not the first or second who will scream and possibly be forced to act more agessively and thus it doesnt matter how long we hold out in concrete terms I can see that.
