It is important for context that while he makes half assed attempts at these things, Chance has never succeeded. The only thing he does that is a danger to anybody (and it is a very legitimate danger indeed) is flashing around his goblin. Aside from that, he tries to do a bunch of purely evil shit but fails every single time.
