According to the CWCki that is meant for people who can't work full time at a minimum wage job, not just people with a documented disability, and the payment is only enough to make up the difference.

He has a history of full time employment and the reasons for termination were unrelated to his disability. That is fatal to his claim and any sort on the job harassment or unfair treatment due to his disability would be its own thing, not the basis for NEETbux.

Edit: Ninja'd, and I agree that Russ has some kind of mental disability - everything to do with Taylor Swift and the Katy Perry catfish suggests he has some kind of autism or mental retardation. Whether that is enough for a disability claim no idea, both due to severity and because those are usually diagnosed in preadolescence.

I think Russell is on the spectrum, he exhibits quite a few symptoms. People just don't discuss it much because there's so much else wrong with him that's more interesting.

Russell has been diagnosed as having Bipolar Disorder in his younger days and was on Prozac for a while. For whatever reason, he now denies this vehemently, but it could potentially qualify him for disability in combination with the Moebius.

I don't think he's on disability, though, because if there's one un-cow-like trait that Russell has, it's that he does not seem to believe that the world owes him free money for doing nothing, only that specific individuals/companies do for "wronging" him.

Not really. Chris, as an example, has had a diagnosis (autism) that is actually a Listed Impairment. Constantly getting fired for sexually harassing and stalking women in the workplace isn't a disability. If he was willing to, he could probably cobble together a claim with some doctor shopping, like Phil/ADF did, but at least up until now, he's been too proud to admit he's a total nutburger.

I agree with this. And even if Russ didn't technically qualify for disability, there are plenty of malingerers with POTS and Chronic Fatigue who manage to get on it because they devote all their time to the process. One thing that Russ is good at is filing stuff, he could get on disability if he tried, but he doesn't want to.
