Nick literally taps her on the shoulder and makes her read the comment, they both stifle giggles, and put their heads down, then she says jokingly while laughing, "but I didn't." It was mentioned Amber's weight could be figured out by the WW points? So if she does need 85-ish a day (or is it 50-ish?), is she truly at 489 lb. or whatever lie she tries to sell? According to the weight watches calculators, someone who is at 500lb would need ~52 to maintain.

Good luck with that. I complained in the thread about mass power lvl ingredients. Was told to sit down and had my post removed

I'm kind of doubtful. I could see AL wanting to, especially if she had been the one injured, but I feel like Becky would be less eager to do so. If they're smart, they won't try to sue. To successfully sue over a pothole injury, whether on public or private property, it appears the government/business needs to have known about it (seen by an employee/government worker or reported to them by someone else) and they need to have had reasonable time to fix it. If these two conditions have been met and there was still an injury, then the case stands a chance. Otherwise, unless they can prove negligence, it's just going to be a a losing battle. I highly doubt they have enough money to pay for a lawyer out of pocket. In the grand scheme of things, they don't have much to win. Becky's medical bills (relatively insignificant compared to the majority of injury lawsuits) and Becky's wages, and we don't even know that she'll wind up missing a significant chunk of work. The risks just outweigh the possible benefits and if they have any brains they'll see that.
