I try every time to figure out what “lasty” actually is supposed to mean and my brain always short-circuits. Jayde truly operates on a higher plane than the rest of us. He’s doing wheelies up there dood.

I wonder if he ever asks his mom or her boyfriend how tips were lasty? Or tries to solicit strangers for donations because he listens to a nasally middle-aged closeted man do it all day every day?

It probably is his tard-nigger way of saying lately, but since he's so inbred and his cunt mother raised him in a poisoned womb, he can't spell any word correctly half the time.

I can legitimately think of only one person in my life who is worse at games than he is and it was a dude I went to some college courses with. When I watched him play Assassin's Creed Black Flag it was like I was getting my own private TIHYDP. Not to mention, Phail is worse at games than Khet. I watched those two Khet TIHYDPs made by LWO and while she's shit at games, she's leaps and bounds above Phail when it comes to gaming because she demonstrated that she can at least follow the yellow paint and understand the basic mechanics in the games she's played. He was worse at games than Leanna too, as we've talked about some time earlier in the thread, when she moved in he literally asked her for advice on how to beat certain parts of games as he was playing.

This is one of the biggest things that stumps me about Phil. His need to plaster his face on everything.

I assume he believes himself to be attractive, but at the same time he's as thin skinned as they come. So you'd think he would limit the times he shows himself.

But no, every thumbnail, the bulk of hid tweets, all of his pre-stream slides, they all have his likeness slapped on them.

Apologies for sperging but thinking of this has reminded me of the main thing that irks me with this tard. Phil has been a content creator for nearly 2 decades. It'd be no exaggeration to say the hours of content he has produced racks up in the 10,000s.

You look at any other creator, podcaster etc who is around and there's a whole lore and ethos of running gags, in jokes etc. Think of how many sayings and jokes PPP alone has spawned. Even more locally to Phil, the Oneyplays channel has 100s of videos made by fans covering running bits or stories they've told.

But Phil? Besides the detractor memes, what connection does the audience have with him? What running gags, callbacks or jokes do they reference?

Nothing. He has created nothing of value (intenionally). His slides are just his ugly mug edited onto whichever character is on screen. Thats it. Thats the joke.

I suppose the irony is that he has managed to cultivate an ecosystem dedicated to mocking him and as such there's a pantheon of lore and jokes surrounding him. But its all in spite of him, not because of him. He talks about his legacy, but there's nothing of substance to it. The only impact he has made is a negative one.

The IP address thing is just a convenient excuse for him to dodge Fightcade, it's full of hardcore FG players and more OG veteran players. We would basically be seeing what happened to him against that Telly guy on repeat.
The collection versions have more casuals on it which is perfect for Phil, he wants to beat up on casual players to say he's still got it and give himself asspats.

It’s because Phil with his business degree has never understood marketing in the real world, only on paper.

This was touched on when WPIG did lore streams on KO gaming, his most successful videos were the ones that you couldn’t tell at a glance at the thumbnail were connected to DSP.

Now in all fairness, there is theoretical value in the DSP brand but it can only be extracted in negative situations.
1. Lets laugh at DSP being a retard. - dertractor content
2. Lets laugh at DSP thinking he’s better than other retards - his recent quartering highlight garbage

It’s probably one of the reasons why he actually had viewer growth on twitch, and only declines on youtube. Because the DSP brand wasn’t front & center of the twitch channel thumbnail he had one less initial filter keeping people out of his channel.
