This is such a ass-backwards concept. Why should the responsibility for not causing a fight over words fall on the one saying the words and not the one throwing hands? (something i also don't agree with) I don't think it would get the other guy off the hook here, just context for how things played out. Like i said, what it really should come down to is whether or not he reasonably acted in shooting. It is going to be an extremely high bar to reach with the history he does and a social media history fantasizing about someone giving him the chance shoot them.
