Don't forget Vargas. I dunno what it is about this year, but so many of their lives are going to shit; mostly due to their own actions.

There's a joke to be made about Joe and Taco Bell, but it's too easy.

I just really want Phil to sneak into the children's wing of the hospital so he can try and hog the vidya for himself. Even then, there's a good chance a child with cancer could kick Phil's ass.

The image in my head of him yelling "Fuck you, you fucking scrubs!" at sick children is something out of a Todd Solondz movie.

I wouldn't have believed that I'll ever say this, but I think this woman deserves some credit. Not only does she behave like an adult after the breakup, she also seemed to have a positive influence on someone like Phil, something that I would not have thought possible.

We more or less observed over time that she was growing up and had actually eclipsed Phil in terms of maturity and self-sufficiency. She got a job, had to get up at a certain time, kept the car gassed up, got groceries. All those adult tasks were learned and adapted to while somebody's ass was melding with a love seat cushion.
I wouldn't be surprised at all if we never hear from Leanna publicly again, outside of starting back up her soap shop.

and he's hit the age where you really need to pay attention to the little things happening to your body
can't wait to see the footage of DSP complain about being short of breath, and having a numb left art.. but ignoring chat's cries of calling 911.

It seemed liked people were a bit wrong about Leanna. Sure, she was a bit naive to follow Phil, basically getting kidnapped to Washington State far away from her family. But seeing Phil now falling apart since she left shows me that she gave him some positive influence in his life. Not that much, but enough for Phil to not go off the rails completely. That does not excuse her obnoxious behaviour and being a bitch from time to time (see the Kingdom Hearts stream chat incident).

Having a (full-time) girlfriend boosted Phil's ego because that set him apart from almost all of his fans. Leanna was his trophy, much like the BMW and the adult house are, and replaced his figurine and statue collection. He used her to show that he was something better than his fans, telling them what it means to live in a relation (though he did his best to ruin said relation without leaving his "office") and basically to have the moral high ground. After all, what do virgins know about relationship with a real women, he must have thought.

With her leaving him she wrecked him, there was no need for shit-flinging on social media about him. Every day since she left he shows her what a mess he has become, his health, shape and Business going downward in almost no time. He had no social skills to begin with and is now a hermit, disconnecting himself with the outside world because he refuses to get his shit together. Not getting a job, not selling the house, not meeting people, not attending the doctors (he will blame the detractors for all of that).

The thing about Leanna is she was genuinely a bad person for the longest time, but she adapted to the changes in her life and grew up. The changes weren't that obvious until Phil out-shitbagged her by putting her medical emergency on display for his own personal gain. That made her a much more sympathetic figure to a lot of people. She went from being the only person Phil deserved to be with because she was an awful person to being the one with a future who could do so much better. She walked away from Phil with a social circle, a ton of cooking practice, a job, some idea of financial management from watching Phil and just knowing what not to do, and most importantly a set of standards.

What'd Phil walk away from the break-up with? The freedom to hang his manchild art. And the return of gout.

The other thing is that she went to the ER because of a panic attack. Like, the people around her thought it was so bad that they called an ambulance. I think it made a lot of people realise that her life wasn't the gold-digger's dream, and that she really was struggling.
