Trainwreck Nailah "Mama Nails" Winkfield / Latasha Spears-Winkfield - Jahi McMath's mother, kept dead child in apartment to play dress-up, put on makeup and paint nails

Bitch is stupid. Anyone who is shoveling that amount of vitamins into a comatose/brain dead person is just wasting their money. Hell, anyone who shovels that into a LIVE person is wasting their money - mainly because the body isn't able to process that amount. Jahi's mom may very well be poisoning her through overuse of vitamins. TPN is called TOTAL parietal (sp) nutrition for a reason.

Notice she took this photo of a store shelf - not actual photos of said pills at Janis bedside. Mamma nails ain't wasting $250 on vitamins, she's got stripper shoes to buy and 5 inch fake acrylic nails to keep up.

I think it's just to scam people for more donation money. That quote is fucking absurd, but the crowd she's panhandling to doesn't know any better. Vitamins iz wytt peepull shieet.

Rolling around town drinking champagne bought with her daughters donation money, classy.
Those are the tackiest earrings ever. The only way to make them tackier is to add Minions.

I wasn't implying anything about its signifigance either way - just pointing out the mother lies about shit constantly to try and give the impression Jahi is still alive and growing. Shit about her starting her period is just one more claim she's made to throw on the pile of meaningless crap, lies and bullshit. Whether she had been having a period before her surgery or started one afterwards has jack shit to do with her being brain dead - but it's that type of crap mamma nails can feed to her few remaining, ignorant believers as proof she's alive!!

Seriously, there were creepy comments on FB by weirdos congratulating Jahi on becoming a little woman now. These ppl are fucked in the head.
My apologies for the misunderstanding. I just started reading her posts tonight. Most of my fixation had been on wondering why someone would artificially keep the body of their child "alive" while the brain has no possibility of recovering. She's literally just a shell. This is the epitome of horrifying.

I want to thank @Barbarella for this thread, I also requested it and I'm hoping some of you guys can help me understand some of the medical aspects.

How does she take the vitamins?

So if they keep Jahi in an apartment. ...like....what happens if the building loses power? Hospitals have backup generators and shit......

Maybe they have a backup one as well? Not sure how that works. I want to know if they kept that in mind.

Money.

The new hospital performed a tracheotomy and put in a feeding tube. The consensus was Jahi was getting a type of formula feeding and the vitamins are mixed in with that.

This. Money and only money is what all of this is about.. $43 million to be exact, that's what mamma nails is hoping to score for this sick charade with a lawsuit that was filed and whatever she can continue to rake in via donations and milking the NJ taxpayers for medicaid/foodstamps/welfare to keep a corpse on machines.

The lawsuit totally depends on Jahi not being dead. If Jahi is dead there is a cap of $250,000 for medical negligence, there is no cap if Jahi is still alive and needs life long care. This is why the family has been fighting to have her death certificate voided, which thankfully the California court has told her repeatedly to get fucked.

How does she take the vitamins?
She probably doesn't
Reminds me of that scene from Trainspotting where Ren shoves those heroin suppositories up his rear and when the dealer asks him how they are working, he says "for all the good they done me, might as well have shoved them up me ass."

She shoves them up her ass.

the most incredible thing about all this is that there was no malpractice at all.

the family caused this.

several things.

while her body isn't technically decomposing, it's definitely going to show signs of dissolution. the muscles, including the heart, will atrophy. this can cause distention, making the skin stretched. if they're feeding her a lot (given the family fat history I don't doubt over feeding) this will pack on a thicker fat layer as well.

so the muscles atrophy and the tendons go lax. this is what's going on with her hands- they're positioned strangely because the muscles do not function, it's tendons pulling the fingers up and back.

as the muscles atrophy and the layer of fat increases, this puts stress on the skin. that shiny look is from this- stretching. it does kill skin cells. it does mean that skin layers will die and slough off.

also the peripheral nerves and veins will have been affected by the lack of oxygen when she died. that's why her fingertips and feet look wrong; it's poor circulation or no circulation. this, over time, can cause gangrene, sepsis, our systemic inflammatory response (this is why a lot of brain-dead look bloated.)

in all, the body will slowly fall apart- the measures taken to preserve it will not prevent the slow decay of atrophy and lack of nerve stimulation. if you look at early photos of schiavo and compare to later ones, you can see this happening. at some point that family refused further photos, for good reason.

dead bodies eventually look dead despite all best efforts.

and the eyes are taped likely due to the same kind of shit that got this girl killed to begin with- the family fucking up aftercare. they can't follow goddamn directions, so they likely didn't lubricate her slightly-opened eyes at first, and the surface dried out and died. they'll never be seen open again, I'd bet.

I mean this is a family that couldn't be left alone in the room with someone who only needed to stay quiet and not eat. granny nurse using suction on her is the worst of it, but feeding her? talking? they didn't follow directions to begin with, and they killed the kid. this sick show is how they're dealing with the guilt.

I'd like to see more posts from the mother and grandmother, personally. I've only seen a few from them before all this and they seemed awful people to begin with.

I thought they said she was on a feeding tube. Probably ground up and put through the tube with whatever else they put in there.

If she's not being turned properly, she definitely could have gotten bed sores which could have caused the.. issue, but I'm in agreement she probably had already started her period prior. This may also cause the body to lose circulation faster and cause decomp to set in on her body as blood pools toward the lowest parts. (This is how one can tell the position someone died in)

I don't think they were dried out. I think they look like they were glued shut by her own bodily fluids - like the ones you can get when you get pink eye. Possibly on top of makeup. I saw a few pictures where you could see her eyes at an angle, they are definitely full and don't show signs that they've died and dried out. (Unless those pictures are old.)

For that brain scan, no the brain stem might not be liquifying, but I could totally buy that the MRI scan did show brain damage because of her breathing problems. Less oxygen to the brain means less oxygen at tissue/cellular level which would kill off neurons and damage gray and white matter.

Also this is just extra neuro sperging but scans showing electrical activity or cerebral blood flow would have been more valuable to use to show she's actually alive. Of course that's exactly why they used an MRI instead, doctors would have used electrical activity and blood flow scans in their examinations to declare brain death in the first place.

Slightly OT, but why does that MRI say "not for medical usage"?

I'm wouldn't be surprised if Jahi's bottom resembles something like raw hamburger meat. Bedsores are a HUGE issue when it comes to sedintary people, let alone someone who is completely immobile. Every picture of Jahi seems to be with her lying on her back, with the exception of the picture where she miraculously "crossed her legs." She should be turned from side to side every two hours or so to allievate the pressure. Once a bedsore forms, it's incredibly hard to get it to heal. If the sore isn't kept clean and dry, it will continue to grow deeper into the skin. Unfortunately in facilities with large numbers of immobile patients, it's not that abnormal to see quite a few bedsores, and if they're not diligently cared for they can quickly progress to the point where deep tissue and bone are exposed.

Thank god the poor girl isn't feel anything.
