The second one is not an overreaction at all. If you make money off Phil EVERYTHING he says about detractors is true. Well I know the SoK will hate to do this but they gotta get that charity money from Teespring back for their bootleg DSP shirt. I know they think they were clever changing "Syde" to "Side" and "Phil" to "Player" but it just makes it look more sleazy then if they just put his name on it.

Exactly. I want Vidar to explain why he thinks that giving money to Phil is a better trolling plan than to leave him in the lurch. The stupid bastard panics and actually tries more when his money and support is low. Giving him hundreds just promotes weaker and lazier "khantent" from him.

I did say they where mostly non existent. I used to be more trollish with Phil when I first joined the community.
Something that is totally none existent is me an pedophilia.
I don't know how that went from apologist because of a misquote, to full out pedophile. But I guess you don't need a reason when I support "a man child" that is probably child enough for some people here.
I would really appreciate if you would make a thread about me. But here the real issue is Bryan something I greatly appreciate, he hates reading the truth about himself. I don't mind as long as it is true, and not some dumb rumor.

They way I see it, this spaz started because, for a long time, Phil claimed that the sociopathic detractors where infringing his copyright AND trademark (because he apparently trademarked his own mug and moniker). If I'm not mistaken, that would also make easy for Machinima to either copyright strike or ID claim videos that were monetized, back during the distant days when they would "bat for Phil".

Now, the SoK people pride themselves on that because they wanna be able to shrug off Phil's accusations that they are into this for money (as if there was much money to be made from a manchild with gout to begin with). People usually shit on youtubers that monetize drama because they recognize it as a shitty thing to do, and any Phil-related stream/video is bound to envolve copious amounts of drama.

Now, two problems arise from that: first, the proverbial moral high-horse that Fred Fuchs and his companions like to ride, without realizing (or acknowledging) that their content is almost entirelly revolved on reacting to Phil's drama and failures. Nothing wrong with that, but let's not pretend that this is more than it really is.

The second problem is that they themselves, for some inexcrutable reason, decided to use their shitting-on-Phil podcasts to raise money for charity. Everybody loves charity (unless you're a libertarian), but it's another attempt to ride that horse way into the moral skies of Arcadia. And the amount they raised doesn't justify the drama involved.

Now, consider how King of Pol latched himself into that drama vector, like the parasite he really is. I don't watch TXT's streams (if his Twitter pools are anything to go by, his taste in vydia is awful), but him monetizing his GAMING channel isn't anything wrong per se. The fact that KoP couldn't find anything more than one of those fucking stupid Twitch emotes to complain about says a lot.

At the end of the day, it's just KoP parasiting another source of drama, trying to stirr people up and be able to produce his shitty kahntent in a desperate attempt to be e-famous. It won't work, as it didn't work with GamerGate, because nobody likes him to begin with.

Both sides of the Twitter war was absolutely ridiculous amounts of sperg going on, but for why some of them support Pol is beyond me.
