The sad thing is that this little kid probably thought it would be fun to play dress up and wear make up around the house and then the parents knowing how "progressive" the world is realized that they could exploit and use there own child for money and fame all the while under the blanket that its "progress" because they know they can get away with it so much.
I hope they slip up and loss the ability to have a child in the first place, you can easily tell that the little boy hates every second of this, and it wouldn't be far-fetched to bet that the parents bully there son into doing this, threatening him and maybe even grounding him cause "How dare you disagree and not want to do it, we are your parents, obey us."
I'm sorry but parents like these make me sick, let the kid become himself, what if he wants to be a football player or a lawyer or something but can't because of this garbage. It's disgusting.
