It got taken down and it was a good reason for it.
The reason so many people flagged it was that they where using stuff phil had just streamed. They can not do that.

And the SoK addressed all of this with you. They were using a YouTube video. They can do that. Fair use. And from what I recall, you were the only one who reported them. The only reason for the report was because you didn't like them, and because of your preconceived notions about who they are and what they do. You admitted you had no proof they did anything which is why Twitch restored their channel. They told you they were going to send what you said to Twitch, and I guess they did.

Abusing a report system to get someone taken down because they were using someone's content under fair use is just silly and bad form old chap.

The SoK is not responsible for what their fans do. If their fans go and advertise, you can't blame and report the SoK without evidence that they told their fans to do that. Who the hell is the king of pol? I know of the SoK though, as I enjoy long-format videos on YouTube. I especially enjoy relaxing outside on my patio after work, bong in hand, watching a good 1 to 2 hour long YouTube video.

Just a thought. We saw Fred sperg out at Burn over Ardnas. Fred cried and claimed he had blackmail. Former SoK members flat out critcize the group openly and nothing happens. Moonman @motivatedmalc ,Che and Renegade have crticized them not to mention Che and moonman spoke their minds about Doper without any backlash publicly.

Do they have something on the SoK or Fred ?. SoK don't handle criticism well and certain people can criticize them without any response. Same thing happened with the monetize "issue". TXT got called out but they are scared to say anything about Tevin. I'm starting to think the SoK has tons of internet skeletons in the closet that can come out at anytime

That's a strong possibility but I think it's also likely that the SoK is just too scared to go after anyone with a big following. It's easy forget but they got a lot of backlash over the Ardnas stuff and at least Fred was salty as fuck over it.

I remember once Burn told me that Fred said the mission of the SoK is to take down DSP, at any cost. Which it honestly does feel like. It's not just a group of people ridiculing a man it's a group of obsessive stalkers that screencap and talk about everything DSP does (while acting just like him also) for hours on end. Tragic, honestly.

Making fun of people and calling them bad names is perfectly fine on Twitch, as well as youtube. If it wasn't, 99% of the videos and streams would be cut off in an instant. The main thing that isn't allowed on Twitch is for one Twitch streamer to stream the Twitch stream of another Twitch streamer. It sounds complicated and confusing, and that must be exactly why it's not allowed.

The perpetrators of streaming another person's Twitch stream happen to be: The SoK and The Almighty Tevin. Egad, what evil has befouled this already toxic community, like a big stinky Mexican diaper of hypocrisy thrown into the trash bin of moral high ground.

If the two groups stick to the shadows of the Hitbox sewer, then they are free to do as they may with their robbed content of DSP streams. But the second they move the manhole and try to return to the scene of the crime, there's going to be the ban Mjölnir waiting for them, and rightfully so.

This just goes to show, crime doesn't pay unless you disguise it as a water charity, and evil never wins, unless you move the goal post and define winning as continuing to make content about DSP and have it as your highlight. Because at the end of the day, all Phil has to do is buy a game and play it to make his living, while everyone against him scurry around like oil-coated rats on a burning sinking ship.

The SoK would gladly move on to another target, but they've been on easy mode for nearly 3 years and still haven't been able to get past the first level. Every time they pull a bamboozle on DSP during his streams, it only brings DSP more cash and makes them look like high schools who have dropped out of high school. Perhaps, if the SoK remove their pedestal from below their feet, they can move on to more important and interesting targets to hate upon, but until then, they are stuck on easy mode like DSP when he was playing the cliffs of madness level in God of War. Imagine that segment, but expanded into 3 years and have it be a team effort.

If there is a word that means more than madness, this is a perfect time to use it. But instead I can only express the insanity that is the SoK's purpose as "maddy mad madness to the mad power times mad with madness on top".

As for Tevin, he should do what any non-black man would be happy to do, and get a job. A job he can be proud of! A job he can show to his beautiful neighbors and say "Hey, you naysayers, I have money, so stop clutching your purse when I walk by at night!"

I doubt he can say that now, no matter his support on Twitch or Hitbox. At this rate, those fans will waft away like a fart made of stolen content in front of the fan of Twitch Terms of Service. It's only in due time. Will Tevin change his evil ways, or will he just dye his hair a more flamboyant color for views that won't matter in the end?
