Once Nightstar was discovered the signal to noise ration on "possible" Chris alts became almost infinite as the amount of w33n accounts expands exponentially. So even if an account 'looks like' Chris I think the most likely explanation is still weenery... or at least so likely that it's basically impossible to tell without, say the use of the same email account/phone number (which isn't happening here).
At this point the only way I'd really think an account is OPL's is if he starts conversing with it in such a way as to help it make points in his favor.
