So I dug a little more digging into this DSP Enterprises name. The only DSP Enterprises licensed to do business in WA state.... is the LLC
(the page does not have unique pages for searches, but search the page yourself for DSP Enterprises)
https://secure.dor.wa.gov/gteunauth/_/#3
And for information for DBA or sole proprietor licenses in WA state http://bls.dor.wa.gov/tradename.aspx
So what does this tell us? Does it mean Phil is operating a shell company now? Now this leans more towards a shell company. DSP Enterprises is not licensed to do business in the state of washington (for Phil Burnell, the LLC however is licensed in washington state). If the state of washington were to be made aware of this shell company, I'm not sure of the consequences though more digging would probably net the consequences for operating a business in the state of washington without spending the 5 dollars to register the company.
If he ever listed Leanna as an employee of the company, he would need to pay employment taxes as well as hold workers compensation insurance.
If his bank account is listed as anything other than Phil Burnell, if its listed as DSP Enterprises, he's committing fraud.
