Not sure about the Beetus, but fluid retention in the extremities is a sure sign of high blood pressure. This is why a lot of people with hypertension are prescribed combo of beta blockers and a diuretic (water pill). Judging from her ankles and wrists, she is retaining serious fluid. I am surprised she has not stroked out or suffered some renal damage.
