Why would the government put data caps on your internet, hell don't American broadband companies already put stupid data caps on your internet?

Phil has no idea what he's talking about. This is evidenced by him saying that the Japanese government owns the internet and high speed rail. He should stick to talking about gout and shitty food.

The Japan Railways Group, more commonly known as JR Group (JRグループ Jeiāru Gurūpu), consists of six for-profit companies that took over most of the assets and operations of the government-owned Japanese National Railways on April 1, 1987. Most of the liability of the JNR was assumed by the JNR Settlement Corporation.

The potential of the Internet in Japan was recognized after 1996, when major companies such as Nippon Telegraph and Telephone Corporation (NTT)* and Fujitsu offered ISP services. In the early 2000s, providers introduced high-speed broadband. The world’s first large-scale mobile Internet service, iMode, was pioneered in 1999 by the nation’s largest mobile carrier, NTT DoCoMo.[1]

Japan’s Internet industry is characterized by voluntary
self-regulation. There is no independent regulatory commission in Japan. The Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications (MIC) oversees the telecommunications, Internet, and broadcast sectors. The government and especially the MIC, takes a hands-off approach, while law enforcement agencies tend to push for stronger official regulation.

The government does own 1/3 of NTT.

Btw, best part? "This is one of the most unhealthy things I've ever eaten on here. I'm gonna take one more bite!" Never change Phil, never change.

He's wrong, of course. The 1/3 of the pizza he ate was arguably worse than the sandwich (depending on what you're trying to limit)--and we know he didn't stop at 2 pieces. The buffoon can't even do simple research into nutrition before he makes his disgusting "food" videos.

So we can all agree he ate this whole pizza right? Also, remember when he had those (visible) side sandwiches, or in KFC's case side bucket of chicken, do you think he wrote the whole meal off on his taxes or just the sandwich the video was about? If he writes off his water bill because he takes dumps during his "breaks" I wouldn't put anything past him.

I heard about this, does anyone have timestamps or screen caps or something?

You know what? I'm going to embrace my ideological opposite to show that everything has a core rallying point.

DSP is savvy.

There. I said it. Phillip Burnell is surprisingly savvy.

He's a bad gamer, he's a bad chef, he's probably a bad lover. But he's savvy. It's the one word I can give him, and I'm giving it to him. He know's when to die, when to charge, and when to pretend things are normal. So help me Jesus DSP is a savvy man.

Past that he for real sucks at everything and being savvy can only get you so far.

I wouldn't call him savvy. I think he's a very good liar. He may in fact be a compulsive liar. It would fit with his narcissistic personality.

Excerpt from this article:
https://www.everydayhealth.com/emotional-health/truth-behind-pathological-compulsive-liars/

Compulsive vs. Pathological Liars
Out-of-control lying is known as compulsive or pathological lying. Definitions are fluid, experts say.

Compulsive liars have a need to embellish and exaggerate, says Paul Ekman, PhD, a professor emeritus of psychology at the University of California in San Francisco and the author of Telling Lies, among other books. "They tell the stories they think want to be heard," he says. When you ask a compulsive liar for an opinion on an important issue, says Dr. Ekman, they’re likely to say something like this: "You know, you made a really wise choice in asking my opinion. Many people do. I've actually been asked by the governor of California to comment on this."

"Often, they’re pretty good liars," Ekman adds. "You often believe what they say — at least for a while."

That fucking sodium intake :stress:
When Phil will develop kidney stones it will be a nightmare for him

Once again, there was no reason for him having a smug face after beating Cuphead, since he didn't do well during the whole gameplay.
Having multiple boss fights where it took 30+ minutes to beat the boss isn't something to brag about in a game that is supposed to be six hours long. And again he beat a boss while dying (second time in Cuphead) and it counted as a victory. It took him about 45 to 60 minutes to beat the final boss, with tons of restarts after the first hit and zero progress at all. And that's when Phil cheesed the way as much as possible with having maximum number of health (and also maximum of attack damage lowered) and having the homing missiles equipped so he didn't have to aim at all. Despite all this, he had a hard time avoiding hits and still had stream chat help him out with hints.

I mean it sure was alright for a casual gamer, but this guy thinks he is the best player in his country and God's gift to video gaming so I don't think there was a reason to be this smug right after beating the final boss. He also made the game look like a chore because it took him forever to beat bosses with that lowered damage. All in all he clocked in with a total of 177 deaths and 15 restarts (all from the final boss). That's his level of skill right there after doing not much else than video gaming for the last ten years.

And unlike many other games where he had less problems than Cuphead he didn't shit at devs because you could buy Cuphead from his twitch page and he could get a cut, so let's better not badmouth that game in front of possible customers.

Enough of these posts sperging about nutrition and how you're all so much more healthier than DSP, along with like ten different, off-topic reasons why, please.

Phil is a fat ass, it's funny to point that out but it's not funny to go off topic with a wall of text about how you eat nutritionally and inexpensively.

As another note, it's only one rung lower in the ladder of unreadable posts than long explanations of why your diagnosis of Phil with a mental illness or personality disorder is the correct one. Mental illness is a very complex thing that is a lot more complicated than just reading a list of symptoms off the internet and cherry picking which ones will suit your narrative.

I'm surprised some small devs STILL give this guy their games to play early. It's funny how he used to shit on people getting review copies, yet when he did it he would give some stupid excuse.

I'd put an different spin on why he's not slagging cup head off
It's already a meme to dismiss anyone who can't do well at the game as a filthy casual akin to the Takeshi incident, if Phil turned round and claimed the game is broken or to hard he's basically leaving himself open to "git good filthy casual" comments and leaving low hanging fruit for detractors.
Now that he's beaten it he's either going to crow about what a hardcore gamer he is or just condemn anyone who thinks the game is too hard.

EDIT - Phil reference Takeshi a couple of times so he's well aware of what to avoid doing

Is it still kosher to talk about how much he is spending on food and local options that are easily available to him?

Obviously all the food he eats is shit (both in quality/nutrition) but seeing as he keeps crying about money, I'm thinking its pretty relevant to talk about food when it comes to his budget? Especially since this exceptional person seems to think its more important to buy 6 AAA titles a month when he's broke?

The reason why I love this so much is that even if his claims are valid, every time someone mentions it he still loses his shit. He never takes a considered stance on it (like most things), he's always adamant that he couldn't have possibly done anything wrong, ever.

I'm sure in a few weeks time, someone will mention the same thing and he'll get mad in the same way again.

Keep in mind this is the same guy that sits around playing SF on fucking Nintendo Switch which can't even render the game properly. Does he stop playing it like any reasonable adult? No, he continues playing it day after day and getting angrier at it for the same reasons as the day before.

Imagine Phil in a retirement community shuffling around with a zimmer frame when one of the detractor nurses mentions SFV netcode and Phil's pacemaker has to start working to make sure he doesn't die of heart failure.

That is such an insane amount of money to make to make off of playing games on the internet...

It's relevant to make fun of him or discuss why his diet or nutrition is bad but it's not relevant to drone on about what your diet is and how you eat from day to day. It's powerlevelling and has next to nothing to do with Phil. I personally don't find much interesting about what he eats since he's just a typical fat ass in that respect but so long as it's not out of control it's fine

It's not insane if you're in the position where you have two mortgages and spend $500 a month on internet...

If only Phil had a few more points on his IQ and could figure out how to make his existence sustainable.

An additional thing about this tirade is that he edited the original post that asked the question with this:
"Post deleted because it's complete misinformation."

But he's not broke. He's been claiming to be broke since 2013, we know he makes $70,000+/year thanks to folks like @EddyB43 and @SoapQueen1 , and he always goes out and buys expensive shit for himself after a begging video. He only begs like this so he doesn't have to spend his own money on this shit. I don't understand why people still believe Phil's EMERGENCY I NEED MONEY REE videos when he's been telling the exact same lies for almost 5 years now.
