Today's prestream breakdown (will continue updating this):
  • Blames Patreon/forum voters for voting Call of Cthulu when it has "modern PC" issues (windows 10)

  • Says he's not feeling well and his throat is sore so he had some lemon and water and today's stream will be a bit more laid back but he's gonna do it because there's no point in doing a halloween stream after halloween
  • Because this is a PC game he's drumming up how much extra time its going to take to set up
  • Because PC he has no prestream background music, meaning shit tons of people join and ask "no audio???"
  • It's 25 minutes past scheduled stream start and Phil has come on the mic once to say he'll be back in a few minutes. Other than that he's running fairly late.
  • 545 viewers in da prestream.
  • Says there are "3 horror themed games". He has a backup game incase one doesn't work for some reason (i.e. cop out on PC game)
  • Says he's going to reveal his costume in a moment "most elaborate costume I've ever worn in my life"
  • Says he got criticized last year for his costume (he doesn't say it in a negative way, sounds like he says it in a deserving way)
  • Goes on a tangent about how when he was a kid and he made his own Halloween costume and some wolverine claws out of cardboard and tinfoil which took him like a week.
  • Says it was dangerous because they were sharp although not real claws "I was a responsible kid though, I didn't swing them around and stab people"
  • Gets mad because some "stupid asshole kid" asked to see his claws and started stabbing other kids and a bunch of parents got mad
  • The chat has dubbed this "claw stealing kid" as the first detractor

I'm calling it right here. He went and bought a full-out, expensive Asscreed costume. I've looked around on a lot of different Halloween shop sites, and it makes sense that that would be the only type he'd even consider wearing for a video game theme this year. This all but confirms it:

It'll be funny, cause the least he would have payed for a GOOD one is $50. For a costume he's only going to wear once and then throw into a dark corner of Leanna's old room never to be seen again, it's a HUGE waste of money.
