Might make topic/poll about this if there's enough interest - is Phil attacking the guy who's brother had died the worst thing he's ever done (that we know of)? Or is there other incidents that top that fiasco?

Personally I think it's certainly up there as one of his lowest ever moments

I think it's the lowest he's went by far. The Leanna hospital incident is up there too (and is arguably worse, as he personally knew her, and she was the closest thing he had to family/friends after moving). The "she is NOT allowed to go to the emergency room again" thing in particular speaks volumes about the kind of person Phil is.

I'd argue the Leanna incident is the worse or atleast worse than brother incident.
My reasoning is that online interaction are somewhat faceless and impersonal, even moreso in Phil's case because he's so use to online drama or trolling in his streams. Regardless of the story being true or not it's internet drama.
But Leanna is supposed to be someone Phil has legit emotional investment in, even if they had broken up she's still a big player in his life and most normal people would have some emotional reaction even if they hated the bitch.....but not our Phil.
It's easy to be an asshole in online interactions but to be a massive asshole publicly especially around medical professionals is something extra special....bonus points for eating her sandwich

Stream starts with a massive delay because Phil has to type a huge wall of text to tell that ween why he is in the wrong. Also Phil will end the wall of text with an insult and informing everybody that he banned said ween.

Seriously, people do not achieve anything with those posts on his tumbleweed forums where he basically makes all rules and can alter posts the way he wants. But same as with "lets give money to Phil so we can troll him" some people are a bit slow to learn.

  • He's playing some shitty dubstep/electro remix which features a bunch of sound clips of him. It's god awful. Its apparently been played a few times years ago and it mainly has Phil saying "I spawn, I die" over and over again

  • Says where he lives the per capita income is high, but there aren't as many taxes. Says in CT there were huge taxes with similar per capita income
  • "Here where I live, I can go go into the City of Seattle in 45 minutes... and do cool stuff"
  • "Here where I live, everything is at my fingertips" (mentions food/etc being nearby his house and the infamous "nice weather")
  • "I get nothing for my taxes" (says the only benefit he gets is that his country isn't getting invaded)

I don't get why he's so resistant to the whole cooking series thing or cooking stream for patreon. Cooking streams on twitch are pretty huge, they have their own section and everything. He fucking loves food and sharing his eye-talian knowledge so it's pretty weird why he won't do one. Who whines and complains about being unable to think up of any new goals and being stumped for ideas, only for the viewers to suggest an idea and say "We will pay for this idea. Do it and we will donate to your patreon" and its an idea thats feasible and easy to do, only to say "No." He must not be that desperate for money then if he's willingly declining ideas.

His reasoning for being against it is pretty poor too saying shit like "I don't know any more recipes than the ones I've shown!" So he's trying to say that since 2011, he's learned absolutely no new recipes AT ALL except for the sauce recipe and the meatball sandwich recipe? Also thats kind of the point. Viewers wanna see him just find a random recipe, wing it and fuck it up. Thats the fun of it.

The other argument he keeps saying is "I don't know how to cook well. You won't learn anything!" Well duh. Thats the fun of it! To watch the shitty cook guy try to cook food. Did he seriously think his Cooking with the King videos were popular because people wanted to learn the recipes? No, they just wanted to see him cook shitty unhealthy stuff and fuck it up. Same with the sauce video. Does he genuinely think anyone wanted to learn his 'secret family recipe' when all it is, is a generic spaghetti sauce recipe that you can google - Italian sauce and click the first result and find? The only thing you change is you put an entire measuring cup's worth of sugar in and you gotta use anything with "Italian" on the label like "Italian canned tomatoes" because that makes it more Italian I guess?

Nobody watches it to learn how to cook, its like why DSP Tries it is popular. Nobody watches it to see his opinions on food and listen to his review, they watch it to see the fat dude eat disgusting greasy food and make gross chewing noises. Does he really think people watch him for his genuine opinions? He must know that they don't by now. If I were him I'd totally bring back Cooking with the King of do a stream of it. I know I'd genuinely check out the stream to watch him fuck up cooking. He's really missing out on gold here because he doesn't get why people wanna see it. I don't get why when he doesn't go to cook he just brings the stream with him so we can see him make his gross meatball sub. Again, people would tune in to see that. He can't be like "I'm really desperate for money and I'm stumped for Patreon goals" then say "No" to an idea he can feasibly do and will be popular.

DSP doesn't want to do cooking videos, even as Paymetons rewards, because he won't earn more than a few dollars of ad revenue. That's his thinking: that the time he'll spend cooking grease and cheese is not worth if he's not "properly" compensated for it. Patreon donations are, of course, not compensation, but a requirement so he can pay his bills, dood, so they don't count.

Also, he's fully aware that people mock him for his cooking abilities: the toilet bacon grease, the egg & cheese extravaganza, his subpar choice of ingredients (nothing is ever fresh, everything is prepackaged shit that looks disgusting)... in DSP's mind, nobody is allowed to make fun of him.

Last time he did it was Fallout 4 and it was pretty shit to be honest. He had like two glasses and he was blatantly faking being drunk and acting like a clown. Then trolls came in and all of a sudden like magic he sobered up instantly to defend his pride and ego. Like he went from fake slurring and shit to just talking normally then after the troll situation he acted salty the rest of the stream and stopped acting like a clown.
